"Well I didn’t get the warm and friendly greeting I was expecting. The bathroom needs upgraded tub was awful. The room was clean. The older man behind the counter gave me 2 cookies that was laying on the counter. Breakfast buffet was $30 over priced. I may have expected more because of the galleria area. A cup of coffee was $2 in the kitchenette area. After mentioning the $3 water per bottle in the room they waved those fees. I could have paid less at another hotel and got a complementary breakfast included."
