The elevator some times didnt work. My key didn’t work twice. Very loud guests at 2:00 am. Horrible breakfast!

Nice place, but a little dated. Great value when you throw in the full breakfast and wifi. Why is it the expensive fancy hotels hose you for internet and breakfast? The location well it is Mt Arlington NJ. but the plus it is very close to Interstate 80. Not much interaction with the staff, but not an issue.
Clean rooms well kept Cracker Barrel in parking lot and 24hr quick check across the street very convenient Front desk staff not overly friendly they do the bare minimum at smiling because they have to have stayed here many times and all staff is this way
The decor inside the hotel is outdated and the carpet in my room could have used a refresh. There wasn't anything great about this hotel but they did have a decent breakfast. I could hear a lot of street traffic from my room but you probably won't have that issue if you get a room on the backside of the hotel.
My experience was great. The room was clean and the staff are very friendly.
