Check in staff very friendly. The facility appears to house welfare families for long periods of time. This place is run down and needs to be upgraded asap. The first night there was an attempted suicide. Do your self a favor and stay at another motel in the area.

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! I booked this hotel a month before our stay. We were attending a wedding close to the area. But when we got there, we were told that there were no room available for us. We’re from Los Angeles so we traveled 6hrs by plane to get there and it was very late at night.

Bath room needs more lighting over sink. Also, better heating/cooling.

The reception staff was very nice. The bed sheets seemed like they were used prior to us arriving. Wouldn’t be surprised if after us they aren’t changed either. Other than that it was a decent night of sleep.

Our room was stinky. The bathroom had some dirty stinky socks. The towels and bedsheets were stinking as well. The AC was not working. When we complained, the front receptionist said they had no room and no other help to fix it. Very disappointed in the service. Will never stay there again.

I was only there one night. Room was clean and in reasonably good condition. Kitchen is not stocked at all, but they quickly and happily will get you dishes, cook wear etc. Beds are OK, but I'm spoiled at home with premium bed due to chronic pain condition. One night on this bed was fine though. I was impressed with how nice folks were at the hotel. A guest in the lobby when I arrived kindly offered to get us milk from a nearby store. It was horribly foggy and I was recovering from surgery on my leg. He didn't have to do that, but he did. And when he brought it back, he wouldn't let us pay. Our excellent desk clerk handed my daughter her personal tube of a very nice hand lotion when she went out to see if they had any in the hotel. I know most places offer that but they didn't have any. And yet, this nice clerk just gave us hers. Accommodations were average but the location and especially the people made this a very pleasant stay.

In the middle of nowhere. Restaurants but no grocery store, makes the kitchen useless. Coffee/breakfast served too late. Didn't like it and will not be back

We spent the day traveling, and stayed at Extended Stay America to round out our day. We also were able to catch the Superbowl, which was nice. I traveled with 2 boys, ages 10 and 8.5. This hotels location is also key, as it's located within a 1-mile radius of several restaraunts, and key stores for last minute shopping, such as Walmart and Kohls. Would recommend staying again.

Check in was good and quick room was clean bed was comfortable. 1 st impressions are a good start

Got there late. Went to sleep. Got up. Hit the road refreshed. All in all, much better than sleeping in a rest stop.

There was no housekeeping during my stay, although I did see the cart just down the hallway Friday morning. Asked about housekeeping Saturday morning at the front desk, was told that there is none on Saturday. Smoking rooms are available, which may be the reason that the hallway always smelled like cigarette smoke. No cribs are offered, and it's a good thing I found that out before hand because I had to borrow one. No breakfast offered except coffee and individually wrapped donuts.

You have to stay 7 days or more to get house keeping although you can have as many towels you want. The kitchen floor was sticky when I got it so I just wiped it down myself with a wash cloth. The TV service is essentially basic cable with no premium channels.
