Luluka Villa provides spacious accommodation for up to 7 people, offering a calm, restful environment from which you can enjoy your visit to Paros. The island itself has a wide range of activities and attractions, all within easy reach.
Villa Loulouka has as extensive open plan, light and bright living/dining/kitchen area. The very modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The large windows let the natural light pour into this very comfortable living space, all very tastefully furnished.
The reason there is no a/c is the ideal temperature by the summer breeze!
There is a fully working fireplace and full central heating should you wish to rent this property in the winter months.
There are 4 bedrooms in the villa. Two bedrooms have double beds and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and the fourth is a study/bedroom with 1 single bed. All the bathrooms have a shower.
The private verandas, one with table and chairs, are there for you to sit, relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the Aegean and nearby islands, in peace and quiet and yet only 10 minutes away from the beautiful seaside village of Naoussa and its many cafés, tavernas and restaurants.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Wonderful location in Paros

This was by far the best villa we booked in Greece for the last years since we are visiting different islands. Splendid architecture, everything was where it was supposed to be, clean, wonderful view and great positioning for exploring the island. I want to give a special thanks to the most caring host full with tips for beaches and restaurants and small gifts for us and special welcome kit. If we ever want to revisit Paros this villa will be our first choice for sure.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottima vacanza e il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e premuroso. L'unico neo è stato il meltemi che non ci ha consentito spesso di usufruire degli spazi esterni, in compenso siamo stati freschi. Dalla villa si poteva ammirare un panorama magnifico. La si consiglia a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax.

Posizione bellissima, su una collina al centro dell'isola. La vista sul mare è spettacolare. Da qui ogni giorno si può partire per una spiaggia diversa (la più vicina è a 15 minuti). Lo spettacolo comincia con l'alba... quando il sole entra nella camera da letto. Anche la casa è bellissima, spaziosa, arredata con molto gusto in ogni particolare e fornita di tutto; c'è anche un pergolato vista mare dove mangiare all'aperto. L'unica scomodità sono gli ultimi 200 metri della strada per arrivare alla casa, sterrati con alcuni tratti impegnativi per un'auto. Il proprietario è cordiale e disponibile per ogni informazione sull'isola... insomma un posto in cui tornare!!! - - - - Wonderful location and sea view from the house. Very quiet. The house is new, very spacious, well furnished with all kitchen appliances. You can eat outdoor under the sea view pergola. A must: you can enjoy the sunrise from you bedroom! The owner is very kind and helpful for any information about the isle.

Be sure to have a vehicle and if possible also a bike to facilitate your exploration of this wonderful ísland. "The house is just perfec...

"The house is just perfect: clean and fully equipped. The view on the east cost of Paros and on the island of naxos is fabulous (specifically at night). You will be friendly welcomed by the owner who is always ready to give you some good advise and to help you with any kind of information you may need. The house is located in a very calm area but a car is absolutely necessary. We spent two very nice weeks in this house."
