Nice but needs carpet for the corridors

As usual corridors are noisy at night as there is no carpet - you hear every door bang and every person walking down the corridor. Also too hot as usual. Nice hotel though and good location

This hotel is located a 10 minute drive from Parma so not an ideal location. Although they have a restaurant, they had a convention going on so they only had a disappointing buffet menu. Nice room and staff.

Its closed and you didnt tell us. The hotel informed us that they informed you. We arrived after 24 hours travelling to find the hotel closed. We were moved to another hotel but without a pool which we wanted for our son. This is not good enough.

Poor hotel. Not 4 star hotel. More like 2 star.

Check in was very slow and un friendly. Toilet had not been flushed but sealed as cleaned. 7 euro local tax for 1 night absolute tourist rip off. Checkout was poor and arrogant staff. Would not stay here again, very poor for Italian standards

They must have two different sections in this hotel. My original room, was not what I expected or hoped for. The room was extremely outdated, and was in a very bad part of the hotel. After rating the hotel back to Expedia, the hotel requested I meet them at the front desk. They then placed me in a different section of the hotel which was much nicer and was more in line with my original expectation.

Nice Hotel, suitable for one night

The staff on the front desk were efficient, but failed to engage. I found the room clean and bed comfortable, although my wife found that the pillows were too hard. Maybe the hotel could throw in a couple of soft ones. Unfortunately the Wi-fi in the room was pretty non existent, with it dropping out. However, this may have been due to our room (no’ 195) being located at the far end of building. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Good hotel, poor parking

This hotel hosts one meeting/event after the other. Guests who stay at the hotel overnight do not have priority parking so you might end up parking very far from the hotel door,like me. I had to take a suitcase and a baby pram on my own on gravel (parked way at the back) which was not ideal. The hotel itself is clean and reasonable.Our junior suite had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant food is excellent (veggie friendly) and breakfast was more than we could eat. The staff are kind. All in all a good stay. The area around isn’t exciting, but if you are looking for a one-night stopover this is ideal, as it is only two minutes away from Parma motorway exits.
