Carpets were imaculate ti room and halways bith. Love the bed, furnature, and TV. Maintenance required as shower curtan fallin down. Needs new anchors to hold the curtain from sliding to the center which is hanging too low. Elevator despiritely needs service. Lovely place we will stay here again because it is so clean.

The room was functional and clean. The continental breakfast had lots of choice and the hot food was kept hot and frequently replenished. The staff were great. The only thing I would improve would be the storage for cosmetic bags around the bathroom sink, there is not enough room for two people’s stuff.

Great hotel....only thing you guys could change is adding some meat protein to the breakfast. Everytime ive stayed its only hard boiled eggs and powdered scrambled eggs, which is fine.

We stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately we did not have the same positive experience. Shortly after we checked in the renovation noise from across the hall was unbearable. I asked the front desk if this was going to be happening for our entire three day stay. I was assured it would only be 15 minutes which it wasn’t and went on for many hours. The following day the noise started again at 8:00 in the morning, so I went to the front desk to complain again and asked to be moved to another room. They said they would see what they could do. A couple hours later I check with the front desk and was told the manager would need to speak to me. I said fine but never heard anything more. After that I gave up. We never ate at the continental breakfast as it was very crowded and had limited options. Additionally each day we were locked out of our room and had to have our keys reset at the front desk. I wish I had just left to another hotel but I didn’t but I can assure you I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again.

I had specifically been looking for a hotel that had a bathtub, and I really wanted one that had a tub so I could relax after my long day being stuck in traffic. I got there, and the tub wasn't working.The plug would not sit down. It kept popping back up, I was unable to have my bath and felt really upset. I spent a good chunk of money getting a hotel room specifically for a bathtub and not being able to use it was a real letdown. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't shut quietly and it woke me up several times while my wife went to the bathroom due to the door being very loud (not lined up to the door frame strikes the frame upon closing). Otherwise, it was okay. Beds were quite stiff, sore neck afterwards, and just not a very good night's sleep. Better than sleeping in my car, I suppose.

Overall the stay was nice, but our room had the bathroom fan auto turn on, not a big deal except that the bathroom door also didn't close properly so the noise bothered me.This was on the first floor, previous stay on the second floor was fine.
