Great Ski Weekend!

Property was clean and had great amenities including the kitchen. Location was convenient to town, town lift and nus stops. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location family friendly

Nice townhouse with a great location near Main Street. Nice wide open loving area with a great kitchen. Nice layout of space for the whole family. Had a fun, family vacation.

Best PC Weekend Rental

Bachelorette Party Group of girls & we couldn’t have loved the house any more. Location is perfect with great views. The house had everything you could need for a fun weekend. Neighbors were so nice & friendly!

Great spot close to downtown

The house was great. We had a group of 6 and everyone had a nice, comfortable stay. Downtown is 2 blocks away which beat having to drive everywhere. Deer Valley is also a short walk (~10-15 mins) in the other direction.

Perfect ski house for groups or families

This is the second year we have rented the property and we are more than pleased. House is in great condition and location is conveniently walkable to shops/restaurants and the Town Lift access point. Management is communicative and responsive.

Perfect for Sundance

We travel to Park City regularly for Sundance and this year wanted something located near downtown. This house was perfect! Lots of room, near the transit center and all of the downtown restaurants. It's so much easier to walk in Park City during the festival and this house made the experience so much better!

Awesome Property

Convenient location. 5 min walk to the center of Main Street and 8 min walk to the Town Lift. Spacious master suite and large bedforms. The kitchen is fully equipped well suited for preparing meals for a large crowd. Spacious main floor with half bath is comfortable for a large group. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy downtown Park City and access the ski resort.

Christmas 2019 in PC

Location and on the shuttle bus route made this the right property to spend the holiday week with two families- Plenty of space spread out over three floors and spacious open kitchen/living room was great for all to hang out in. Kitchen was well stocked and we spent every afternoon after skiing in the hot tub! My only call out here is that bench seating be provided in the entry way to help with putting on ski boots.

Beautiful & convenient

We stayed with friends & family. The house is beautiful & centrally located to ski Deer Valley and Park City. The house is nicely appointed, which made it both comfortable and practical. We cooked a few meals at the house, and had an easy walk to restaurants in Old Town Park City , and to explore downtown. We used the shuttle for skiing, the bus stop is right in front of the house! Easy! We would definitely consider staying there again sometime.

Great base for Park City visit

Exactly as advertised. Hosts were very responsive to questions ahead of the trip and replaced a kitchen item within a day when needed. The process of accessing the house was easy and the place was clean and ready for use. Location can't be beat, minutes from the center of Main Street. Walking distance to the Town Lift. Various bus routes stop across the street as well. Would recommend this place for others looking to stay in town. We were a group of 7 adults and had plenty of space.

Great location and place

My group had a great time staying here. The place is steps from the transportation hub and Old Town center. It is also a short walk from the town lift. It had plenty of space for 6 guys. The hot tub seats 3 adults comfortably, so we sat in shifts. The kitchen was amazing. The grill top made it easy to cook breakfast each morning for the group.

Good location

Booked a family ski trip - walking distance to town made it easy to shop, eat and enjoy the night life. The walk to town lift was a bit longer than we thought and not really doable in ski boots. However, the bus stop is at the end of the driveway. The house itself was great kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable and the set up was great for 4 teens.

Great location, abysmal service

I'll start with the positive. The house is very close to downtown. Probably a 5 min walk at most. That said, you have to cross Deer Valley Drive on the way without a crosswalk. And it can be quite busy at certain times of the day. On the whole, we were disappointed with our stay. The house itself was nice enough but the management team was the worst I have encountered. They responded to absolutely none of the issues that came up during our stay. More detail below. Overall, I would not recommend this house to future guests. 1) The internet in the unit is very slow. It is difficult at best (and impossible at worst) to conduct video calls from any room other than the living room. And if you're like us with young kids, the living room is simply not a good option for productive work. I pointed this issue out to management just 4 days into a 24-night stay and even offered to cover the cost of an upgrade. I was told I would hear back shortly. I never did, even after following up. 2) There were several broken items in the unit. The built-in Nespresso machine in the kitchen, the master bath and steam shower to name a few. Again I pointed all these issues out to management. And again, none were addressed. 3) The heat in the house is inadequate. The living room was in the low 50's most mornings when we woke up. There was a large plug-in space heater in the living room. That didnt help. 4) The dryer started squeaking loudly during our last few days and the top floor sink faucet is loose. Given that I hadn't gotten a response from management in 10 days by then, I didnt bother to report either issue.

Fantastic Park City 4BR House

This house has great furnishings, has a beautiful interior, and is a very short walk to Old Town (2 minutes). I would recommend this place to anyone. Hot tub is a little on the small side but still good for 2 or 3 people - location on the roof is great.

Great location, plenty of room for family of five

Nice, bright home located within 3 minutes of Old Town. Well-equipped kitchen and the home was very clean. Easy communicating with the property manager and access. Bathrooms were well-stocked and coffee in the kitchen, which was nice. Only knocks were stained carpeting upstairs and bedding was not great in Master.
