This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. When you walk in from the parking spot, you will find two master bedrooms on your right, both equipped with King sized beds. Right down the hall is the third bedroom, with 2 Queens (bunks) and 2 Twins (trundle) & the nearby bathroom right across the hallway.

You will find two full bathrooms. One is attached, jack & jill style, to the two master bedrooms, with a shower/tub combo. The second is right down the hallway, with a shower/tub combo. All bathrooms have been recently renovated and fit the aesthetic of the rest of the home.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen is wide open to the rest of the living space, creating the ideal spot to cook a full course meal for the entire gathering, while still entertaining in the living space. With new modern appliances and tons of seating, both at the dining table & 2 additional bar seats, there is plenty of room for the entire gathering to enjoy.

Almost perfect stay! 4/5

We really enjoyed our stay at this historic mining home in Park City. The location is perfect to walk to and from Main Street. The house is comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We had a long response time on our messages with the host, and that was really only a factor when a circuit tripped and the bathroom lights and outlets were out for about 24 hours before we got them resolved. The kitchen is fairly functional, but the stove is on the older side and takes some trial and error to figure out. I would stay here again based on the location.

Quick and easy

We were remodeling our house. We had not sat on a couch in five months, so we decided we t was time! This was the best breath of fresh air! Just what we needed to push through on the remodel. This place was very clean and plenty of space!

Alex’s property couldn’t have been more ideal. We were walking distance to Main Street and an easy bus ride to multiple ski lifts. We had a group of 7 and comfortably fit in the house. The beds were cozy, kitchen had all the essentials, the list goes on. Alex was also super accommodating as a host. We couldn’t have picked a better home for our stay in park city. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Retreat

Great location & perfect place to stay for a week of remote work. Fast wifi and was very clean! Literal steps to downtown park city. ONLY feedback is no washer & dryer but that was on us for not looking prior! Additionally, the other reviews were correct about the driveway in the winter but this was zero issue for us and we actually felt it made the house more private. Would recommend & would stay again!

Lovely stay in Park City

Loved the house! Large, private, and airy and with newly installed (I believe) A/C units which worked well. Very clean and comfortable. Within a few minutes walk (up and down stairs) to Main St, very convenient location. We left a fan at the house and the property manager very kindly agreed to ship it back to our home. We loved Park City and our stay!

Great views and decor

Really unique house with views of park city runs. Close to everything. Very clean. Great kitchen. Definitely recommend to families. In the wintertime you absolutely cannot get to the house with 2wd. Do not try it. There is no room for a second car at all but there is a parking lot at the bottom of the hill. Worth the hassle.
