This townhome features modern, light-filled spacious living areas with views of aspen groves and the mountains. Only an 8 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort and across the street from Park City golf course, you'll find downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, and golf are all at your doorstep. The first floor has a large living and dining area with gas fireplace, big screen TV and vaulted ceilings, a convenient half bath, a storage closet with ski boot dryers, and a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second floor has a second bedroom with a king bed, big screen TV and ensuite bathroom and a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. The townhome was recently renovated and features new furniture, linens, and dishware and also includes use of a covered parking space in the building.
The Three Kings campus includes a heated pool and hot tub open year round, sauna, game room, and gym just across the street. Convenient to everything, you can walk to ski lifts, restaurants, shops, or Park City downtown or catch the free bus out front that will take you on a direct route to Park City Mountain (3 minutes), downtown Park City (9 min), or Deer Valley (15 min)

Summer get away
Even with our very late check-in because of travel delays, it was very easy to find and check-in to the condo. The location was perfect, close to everything. Condo was well appointed and comfortable and our host was on top of anything we needed while there. We will return.

5 stars! Location, comfort and the amenities!
We stayed for 3 nights during our first family ski trip to Park City, and the location was perfect - no more than a 5 minute drive away from the ski resorts and restaurants downtown. The community features a pool and enormous hot tub right across the street. The townhome was extremely comfortable, with two comfortable beds, soft linens, and felt like a home away from home. Ben was so nice and quickly responsive to some simple questions via text. Overall, a 5 star experience, where we will be happy to return and stay on a future trip!

Lovely unit
I stayed at Three Kings for a month of skiing and was very comfortable in Ben and Amy’s unit. The condo is very conveniently located, especially being across from the clubhouse/hot tub/sauna. Short walk to the base of PC mountain. Absolutely loved the design of the condo- spacious, comfortable beds, lovely views, organized entry( boot dryers, ample hooks). Really it was a perfect stay. I recommend very highly. Ben and Amy were super responsive, though i had a problem-free stay, to every question i had. Thankful to have had such a great experience.
