This Empire Coalition condominium is located within easy walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and situated across the street from Park City's largest grocery, Starbucks, video rental and two of Park City's premiere ski and outdoor shops. The FREE Park City Shuttle stops on the corner of the building and transports riders all over Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons. The condo has two covered parking spots under the building. This sprawling unit is a duplex -- providing over 2000 square feet of relaxation! There are four bedrooms and three full baths spread over two floors -- offering plenty of room to accommodate everyone's schedule.
The condo has high speed internet, cable television, a full gourmet kitchen, a dining room and a large (20 foot long) living room with a dreamy stone fireplace and views of Park City Mountain.
There is also a huge family room on the first floor with a 50" HDTV and DVD player. The condo has a full-size washer and drier in the unit and there is a hot tub just five steps from the front door.

Very cozy apartment pretty close to Main St. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Very tight unit for four couples and living space really built for 4-6 people. Thought unit was closer to Main st based on previous reviews. About 1 mile from mid Main st. Unit needs a binder with details as I we had to call for several questions. Garage doesn’t fit ski rake and numerous items within unit were falling apart. Needs a update and TLC

GREAT LOCATION AND SIZE
The property was extremely clean when we got in and getting access to it was super easy. The location is super close to first time lift which was great! I️ would 100% recommend this condo especially since it comes with two parking spaces (clearance was tight though with large SUVs)

Spacious condo in the perfect location.
This condo was wonderful! The downstairs had 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and small living room. The upstairs had a master bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area. There were plenty of cookware and utensils for the 7 of us. The bus stop is just across the street and Park City Transit makes getting around town and to Park City Mountain a breeze. I highly recommend this condo!

Great Location
The location of this property is excellent. You can either walk everywhere or catch a bus right outside the condo. The condo has huge bedrooms and lots of closet space. The up stairs is a little small for a family of 8 to congregate, one more chair in the living room would help. Overall we had an excellent family vacation, LOVED the location and Park City. Alpine Ski Properties was excellent to work with.
