Great hotel, I really enjoyed my stay here. Clean and quiet room, comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location, 5-10min. Walk to the ski and shopping area. Little extras I enjoyed: central fireplace is cosy, breakfast area is nice

Manage your expectations and you will be fine. This is a 2 star place that hasn't changed since 1975. The staff is friendly. The rooms, and gold shag carpet are acceptably clean. Its a 8 minute walk to the Payday ski lift. Having said that, the walk is mostly uphill with multiple sets of steps. Not easy at all to do in ski boots. Its best to pay to store your boots and helmets at the base. Carry just skis/poles back and forth. Use the free bus to go to the Fresh grocery store. Breakfast is minimal.

Just as advertised. A great place to stay if you want to be close to the slopes and walking distance to Old Town. No frills, but decent continental breakfast to get your day started, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. A big plus is being able to leave your bags at the lodge and they allow you to use the bunk room showers the day you are leaving if you want to spend a full day skiing.

Staff very nice .Very convenient location for ski lift

Outstanding location; walking distance to the ski lifts. Outstanding staff! Ed (the owner) and his family are exceptional people! We will stay there again.

Great deal in a good location. Continental breakfast is sad. In other words, no eggs, bacon, or fruit. Kind of a strange vibe with the front desk. Also parking can be an issue. Get it while it is cheap. This place will be upgraded soon.

Location couldn’t have been better. ".................

Very basic, with clean quiet room, very convenient for skiing, and a short walk or bus ride to historic city center. Owners were on site, paying attention, and very pleasant.

The hotel is not a hotel it's a motel or worst, the don't do any kind of cleaning service , and the breakfast is terrible, the only thing is good is the location
