Easy access. Clean, comfortable lobby.Super cozy room with acreal wood firepkace and wood on site for purchase made it so easy. Super comfortable bed. The free shuttle service is a super bonus. The staff is so kind, relaxed and helpful. I will stay there again and again.

Great location for our stay. Had a little mishap with the check in/rooms but they fixed it fast. Room was very nice, good view. While we did know and could deal with the elevator not working, it will def be nicer when it is.

Rooms were nice my only complaint would be the sofa bed is a meserable experience. So hard. But I tried to upgrade rooms but they were sold out, they went the extra mile and brought in a second mattress which made it much better.

Room was fine. AC was a challenge, it was not working a sit should. Master bath shower was broken and leaking (was working though). There was no phone inside the room so have to call the front lobby from our phone. There were no clear instructions about check out procedures. I had a to call and ask about trash and towels etc. A bit run down place.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. The pool is huge, the jacuzzi is huge, and the views from the balcony are awesome. Awesome. The room has a full kitchen, a fireplace, and a separate bedroom. They provide robes, room for your skis, and underground safe parking. 5 minutes away from downtown. Don't pass this great stay up!!
