This was the perfect place for us. It's small but everything is functional. The bed is extremely comfortable. The building is quiet at night. Our host, Florence, took great care with us. Highly recommended.

We loved the location. It has the comforts of home while in a big city. We were in a quiet safe spot. Additionally, we were just steps away from a grocery store, many restaurants, cafes and amazing shopping. My favourite day was the one when we decided to just hang around the area. We ate, shopped and drank wine at the local areas. We could easily walk back to our spot to drop off our purchases. It felt like our own community!

Incredible stay in Le Marais!

My partner and I loved our 10 day stay in this cozy apartment. Check in was easy, communication was clear and everything was as described on the listing!I was hesitant to book because there were not many reviews on VRBO- I then found many 5 star reviews on other sites and was so happy to book!We arrived during the heat wave 37C and were grateful for the well functioning AC!The area was incredible with so many amenities outside the door but once inside the courtyard the building was so quiet!Florence had left us many treats, macarons, coffee, tea, washing machine pods etc... There were items I was happy to have such as a hair dryer- clothes drying rack, iron and board. The space was small as would be expected in this area but it was so well designed that it worked well for 2 people and 10 days!We loved our stay and hope to be back!

My wife and I had pleasure of staying here for a night. Apartment was very clean and and everything worked great.We had travel changes and ended up arriving several hours earlier and Florence was kind enough to work with us and allowed us to check in several hours earlier. She was very responsive and we were able to easily message her back and forth with questions.Neighborhood is in a perfectly located area just down the street from several delicious cafes and restaraunts, and only a few minutes walk from Notre-Dame and the Louvre. The neighborhood also felt very safe as we were walking around at night. We had no issues and would reccomend this location to friends. Unit has A/C and washer/dryer that seem to work, we had nice weather and dis not need so we cannot speak to those really. The only things to know is like many apartments in the city, the amount of extra space is not alot so if you are looking for spacious rooms that is not here. But this is not unique to this apartment and you will likely run into this for many places. Otherwise, perfectly cozy apartment.

We had an excellent stay at Suite Le Marais. The suite is small but had everything we needed. Florence was the best host, very easy communication with her, she gave us recommendations and was always helpful. We felt very safe in the building and around the neighborhood. Thanks Florence.
