An extremely comfortable room with whisper quiet an effective aircon (a must for the Paris heatwave). The bathroom amenities were great too - proper quality shower get/shampoo/conditioner and body lotion. The water pressure could have been better (we were on the ground floor) but for a short trip we didn't mind.

Great hotel in overall, AC, Fridge, cleanliness, free breakfast that is delicious. The TV had massive issues with connection between the remote, room design was pretty poor. Other than that, it was an excellent experience.

Tribe stay in Paris

Rooms are very small. Hard to find floor space to put luggage. Breakfast buffet was good except they ran out of food frequently and we had to ask to have thing’s replenished. Front desk staff was very nice.

The hotel is ideally situated just a short 5 minute walk from the Metro station. We did not use the breakfast facility as there was a bakery opposite which we used instead. We did use the bar which was not extortionate prices. The hotel offers secure underground parking at 25€ per night which is why we chose this particular hotel so that was not a problem. There is no street parking available. The BIGGEST problem, is getting in and out of the car park. It is an underground car park which spirals down, we were in a Range Rover and it took 3 people to walk in front of the car, going backwards and forwards to get the car out back up the ramp with out damaging the alloys. The parking bays are built for 2CVs or Renault Clios. If you have anything like an SUV or a modern hybrid car be aware it took us 30 minutes to park and get out of the car park.

Staff I cannot say enough of. They were extremely nice and went out of their way for us. Very friendly too. Wish I could have said goodbye but they were helping someone when we left (I was from London and my partner from Bali if you can pass our thanks to the staff :) ). Hotel has a gym and a bar, room was small but a good shower and nice bed (a bit too high for my short partner lol) and very clean.

The parking was a nightmare. It’s so small than if you don’t have small car you’ll be in trouble. We damage our car there and the night after 10 pm, we had to knock at the reception to open the parking. Added to that, rooms are extremely small. I won’t recommend this place to anybody.

Overall it is a nice property. Modern and well kept. The location is near multiple dining options and it's nice area to just walk around. The room we got for 3 people included a double bed and a pull out armchair that converted to a twin size bed. The bathroom was also a good size. We found the space comfortable considering the smaller options in Paris area. Checking in and checking out were quick. Although the staff weren't rude, they could be more welcoming. Even a simple hello when you walk in and when they see you would've made a difference. The room was clean when we arrived but the daily cleaning can use improvements. The toiletries were not refilled and the mugs were not washed. Only the beds were made. I would stay here again if the price is right, for it's location and comfortable size rooms. A more welcoming staff and better room cleaning service would make this hotel great.

The staff is slow to respond and the cleaning is poorly done. I had to make several requests to have my room cleaned well. The on-duty manager on Monday when I checked out refused to reimburse me for the pre-paid breakfasts I never used and also refused to let me have coffee there as a credit. This hotel was convenient for me for this stay but I would not recommend it.

AC is controlled from lobby. Room was extremely hot, they offered to open windows Could not sleep due to noise , call them 2:00 am and then they offered to change room instead of offering since initial problem was addressed. Restaurant menu is very limited. Staff was nice but they lack of efficiency when we call about AC. , Rooms have too much furniture and they were uncomfortable.
