We had very mixed feelings about this place. The room was comfortable, but there are some quirks such as the shower not having a curtain and the shower head is not mounted, so you have to hold it in your hand while you try to wash up. We had to wait outside in the heat for nearly ten minutes to be let in, and we couldn't get on the internet the first night. The host kept insisting that the password was on the listing, which it wasn't, and then sent me a partial password, which of course didn't work. He then sent me a QR code, which gave me an error. There are inaccuracies on the listing such as saying there is a water park at the property. When I questioned the host, he blamed the VRBO platform for rewriting his listing. When we left, we accidentally left two of my husband's shirts in the closet. I reached out to the host, and he said he would keep them safe for us until we could pick them up when we came back through Paris. When I tried to connect with him to confirm, he never responded to my several texts. Even the VRBO platform reached out to him on my behalf, and he never responded. I would not recommend working with this host.

I really appreciated that the property had an elevator — a rare find in Paris! The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great, though the water drainage could be improved. That said, it’s a common issue in Paris, so I wasn’t too bothered.Ilyasse was a pleasure to communicate with — friendly, responsive, and flexible. He kindly accommodated my early check-in request and also shared some great local recommendations.The location is ideal if you’re attending a conference at the Expo center, which is just a short walk away. Plus, there are plenty of excellent restaurants right around the corner.I’d absolutely stay here again!

Great Appartement!

They were very flexible with us, the host is nice, they leave you small gifts, beautiful view, very comfortable, nice kitchen, laundry mat across the street, no ac but they do have a fan and gets at a good temperature very fast.
