This fully air-conditioned/heated apartment consists of 2 rooms arranged around a patio: a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with connected Chromecast, and a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine.
This apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility or disabilities.

Fabulously functional

While this apartment doesn't have the frills of some others, it is in a great location and is extremely well equipped and safe. Love it!

Clean, well appointed but warm and lots of noise from street and restaurants nearby

The check in was easy, the apartment was clean and well stocked. We booked this property in particular because the listing showed air conditioning however when we arrived and messaged them regarding how to make the AC work we were told that the entire building was on the same unit and the heat was on and the AC was not able to be turned on. The location is in a very bustling and busy area and the noise from the restaurants below lasted well after 3am which we would have possibly slept thru had we been as cool as we are accustomed to sleep. We were originally scheduled for 2 nights but we decided to leave and pay to rent air conditioned hotel rooms for night two. The host was excellent at communicating and had the AC been as stated in the listing, we would have stayed the 2nd night in the apartment. If AC is not an issue for you, the back bedroom is much quieter and the apartment is very charming.

Classy apartment in a great location

This apartment was perfect for our group of four adults. The location was superb and the place was comfortable and had everything we needed for two nights in Paris. My only negative was it was a little noisy in the evenings with the restaurants and bars below-I suspect that most places in Paris have the same problem. The pictures look just like the actual property-one more thing- the shower is DREAMY. We all loved it.

Lovely Paris stay

We loved the location and comfort of this apartment. It provided us the chance to all be together in a neighborhood apartment (family of 5 with 3 young adult children). Would absolutely stay again

This is a perfect location if you want a more authentic, neighborhood kind of stay rather than staying where all the tourists are. It's still very easy to get to touristic sites, but at the end of the day you can get away from all that. All communication was clear, friendly, and helpful, and the apartment was perfect for us. I would absolutely stay again, without a doubt.

Paris Perfection!

Looking out of the sunny bedroom window on a quiet but lovely street below, we realized we had truly arrived in Paris. It felt like a "real" Paris neighborhood, not a busy touristy area. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed. Comfy beds, nice shower, a table to enjoy our morning boulangerie visit. The lobby manager was wonderful and recommended great places and even called us a taxi back to the airport. Just lovely!!
