## Logement
Located in Paris, this cozy duplex basement apartment (souplex) is fully equipped to accommodate families or groups.

Ground floor:
Three bedrooms with double beds (160x200). Two bedrooms face the street, and the third overlooks the building’s inner courtyard, where the condominium trash bins are located.

Basement level (no windows), accessible by stairs:
One bedroom area without a door, with a sofa bed for 2 people (140x200), a large closet and a baby crib
A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, sanibroyeur toilet, and washing machine.
The ceiling height in the basement is 2.5 meters. Please note that access to the bathroom from the stairs or the bedroom area is somewhat narrow, through an opening that is 1.70 m high and 45 cm wide.

You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, television, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, a washing machine, a high chair, a baby crib, and more.

The neighborhood is ideal: shops nearby (Monoprix 5 minutes away, Picard 4 minutes away), and the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides are about a 20-minute walk. Very well served by public transportation, you can easily enjoy all that Paris has to offer.

Cleaning is carried out before and after each rental.

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
