Independent small studio of 24 m2 on the first floor of a house at the bottom of a very quiet and private driveway planted. The wide windows of the living and dining area, the kitchenette overlook the driveway. 2 twin beds or 1 double bed of 1.60 m 2,00m by choice - private bathroom including toilet. Internet is available. Linen and towels provided.
5 minutes from the Bastille and its market from the Marais and the Seine River, the Canal Saint Martin and the Republic.

Lovely studio with private alley but also very easy access to several metro stations. Highly walkable neighborhood with multiple cafes, boulangeries, grocery stores, etc. On Thursday and Sunday mornings there is a huge market within 5 minutes walk with many vendors selling fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, etc. The studio size is perfect for a couple and the kitchen is small but fully functional and stocked with dishes, etc. The area is very quiet despite being in the middle of everything and is not too touristy, giving a good flavor for how locals live, shop, and entertain.

A wonderful week in a quiet neighborhood in Paris

My husband and I had a very enjoyable week in this lovely studio apartment on our first trip to Paris! We appreciated all the conveniences that the studio is equipped with including a small refrigerator and microwave, the luxurious bathroom and the close proximity to numerous metro stops. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a secluded, private alleyway with lots of foliage!

I stayed in this comfortable little flat in the middle of February, and the online description was still true: it was a lovely, little oasis in a green courtyard. I bet it's even more incredible further into the non-winter seasons. It would be hard to improve on the location: within easy walk of three metro stations and of 'Le Marais'. The neighborhood feels safe and lively, and there are beautiful restaurants nearby. Catherine and Serge were lovely and helpful.

Perfect hideaway

This is a lovely little studio, very clean and very well stocked if you want to cook. This is not a tourist area so you’ll have peace and quiet, yet a friendly interesting neighborhood. Easy to get around with the Metro just steps away..

Magical retreat

A very cute place
