At the reservation I mentionned that I wanted a quiet room on the court to avoid the street noise but the hotel did not mention to me that there was worst than the street noise ...jack-hammer due to renovation works for the whole day (I had to work and possibly rest in my room for one day). When I complained to the management to have some alternative solutions and that they should inform the customer of the inconvenience before reservation, I had no response, but 4 days later (when back home) to mention that the coke I had the first day was free to compensate for the inconvenience! What a great deal!. Do not forget that the hotel provide a kitchen in your room: surprise with no dishes if you do not pay the 8 euros/day! Too bad as my room was pretty nice and the employees friendly but I found the management very much unconcerned by the customer.

I was here in April during Easter Break. The hotel was located in a good neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants around. The Metro was a three minute walk which connected throughout Paris. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful: I asked to change my room since I was staying 4 nights and couldn't open my suitcase along with another one, it was so small. They immediately gave me another room; much larger and comfortable. I was right down from the breakfast room, so I woke up to the smell of fresh baguettes baking! Breakfast room lady was great, too. Will stay here when I return to Paris--which is, I hope, soon!

from Reception to breakfast all staff were extremely polite ,happy and helpful. We stayed as a family as I was in the Paris Marathon. Though the location is away from the main attractions , is easily to get via Metro , short walk or by the River Bus boat - longer walk but better . Lots places to eat nearby , supermarket close , Decathlon sport shop in same street. Very happy we chose this hotel , great breakfast every day and we had a nice modern comfortable room which includes a small sink , microwave, hob and fridge ! so you can cater for yourself to keep costs down.

Was surprised by the large size of room on the top floor, given other comments from contributors. Room was functional but fridge could have done with some fixings within the cupboard as it tended to be pulled out when attempting to open the door. Bed was comfortable and AC was welcome. Breakfast room was a little cramped but food selection was fine. On the whole good value for money and very convenient for the RER and also the company I was visiting.

My girlfriend and I booked a standard room for 6 days. Because of the noise from the street, we asked to switch room and the reception was really understanding and gave us an upgrade! The room was very clean, good value for money. I wish the the toilet little bit bigger though, you can hardly sit in there. Also, there was always this weird French perfume smell, which we thought was annoying, but we opened the windows which helped.

Bathroom elements were rotting wood, there was no standing height in the shower cabin, hallway was a construction site, with lots of noise from the construction, the room was dirty, and staff was unattentive.

We stayed here for two nights . location was great , a whole lot of restaurants , patisseries and wine stores are close by and it's also very close to the metro . but the room was very small . i'd say this is the smallest hotel room i've ever walked into. breakfast buffet was so so . not coming back.

We booked this hotel because of the amazing price and location. We were not let down and had the bonus of a lovely staff...If I want to be picky I could say the inside the room need a upgrade but for the purpose of our trip it was fantastic. So thank you! 😍

Great concept In that there is a mini kitchenette in the room. Small but adequate. Happy Hour room with complimentary wine. Great location with a number of Restaurants and Bars nearby. Located adjacent to a Metro Great value for money. Recommended

its been a long time since I've stayed at this hotel the price was really good and it was very close to the Bercy arena, the receptionist was very helpful and he spoke many languages. stayed in march 2010 remember it was a modern looking hotel. the service was average nothing negative. very close to everything.
