Nice hotel, our room for three was big and comfortable for us. Welcoming staff. Near to metro station but you will need also a taxi. Special during the night. Also have some facilities that will help you.

The Location is near to the Metro Station (around 200 meters). Halal food (kebab and burger) just across the hotel. Supermarket only 200 meters away. The Thai Restaurant (tawan) around 500 meters away with tasty food. The quality is very good except the elevator. The Elevator need big overhaul.

Reasonable prices. A bit far away from the center but well connected. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are good. Stores and restaurants in the area which is great if you don't feel like going to the center.

we were 2 days in Paris. you were amazed for 2 days that we are staying at your fantastic Quality Suites Bercy Bibliotheque hotel. You were so helpful, we came with all kinds of questions about paris. Thank you

Stayed here for one night on our way to Italy and had no issues. Nice large clean room and bathroom. Friendly / helpful staff. Decent location close to transit. Free snacks in lobby was an added bonus.

Great service that makes the hotel very friendly and comfortable. All clean, well organised. Rooms are comfortable, location good, breakfasts tasty. Would definitely recommend for business or private trip.

The hotel looks very small as many hotels in France but it is very comfortable and most importantly the staff is very friendly. The only drawback as a thread for me was the Internet which worked very poorly and a wi-fi router that I could not book and take with me.

We went for a 4 day trip with family to Paris. When we got to the hotel, they had split the family knowing we had children. When we got to the rooms, one of the rooms the toilet did not have a lock, another room the vent in the toilet was not working the 3rd room the air con was like a diesel car noise and the 4th room had a broken bed. After complaining nothing could be done as they did not have any spare rooms apparently. The next morning during breakfast (unlimited breakfast) they had one employee preparing the breakfast and clearing up after people. There was only space for 30 people in the breakfast area, yet they had over 100 people staying in the hotel with a time limit of 1.5 hrs breakfast serving time. On day 2 the lift stopped working and nobody came out to fix the lift. The day we ledt both lifts were not working and they expected all the customers to carry their luggage down from the rooms. I was on floor 8, there were family with disable children and elderly. These were some of the issues my family were facing. Other issues were due to number of people having breakfast the hotel realised they couldn't cope and instead suggested they would have breakfast sent to rooms in the morning for 07.30. We all went out to visit Disneyland Paris and got back by 23.00. When we got to our room we realised they had put the breakfast in the fridge without it being covered. I mean who does that. When checking we found 80% of the rooms had their breakfast put out the night before. This was the worst experience even a back ally shack would have better customer service and food would be provided fresh. All in all a very poor service, poor rooms, uncomfortable beds and the Manager needs to attend a hospitality and management course. Otherwise one day someone somewhere may not be as patience as us.

Our hotel room had recently been renovated, so it appeared clean, new and very modern. The beds were extremely comfortable, but there was not much practical space for setting up suitcases etc for a traveller. The walk in shower was excellent- with good water pressure, but it was a bit tight. There are renovations taking place on all floors, but this did not disturb or affect us in any way. Breakfast was included and was simple continental style, but fresh and tasty. Staff were responsive and very helpful. The location was very good too- close to buses, the railway station, eateries and shopping. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

We are a group of 38 plus our tour guide. The hotel was up to date and very beautiful. The only things that I did not like is that the hotel said it had A/C. When I walked into the hotel lobby it was nice and cool. However, when I went to my room and turn it on it never got cool. I could hear air but it was very hot. I could open the window but I was on the second floor and I was afraid someone might jump in. We stay their for two nights. The lobby is a little small and breakfast was ok. The lady in the breakfast area was kind of mean to us. She told us only people that paid could seat in the breakfast area. We were instructed to go to the top floor and we had to go down the stair every time we needed something. To make matters worse the coffee machine didn't work. However, on the last day they made us a to go breakfast sack. It had sweet pastries, juice and a boil egg. There was a mini market across the street from the hotel. We were able to get water, snacks and anything else we needed.
