We enjoyed very much being in this hotel because of its small size, perfect centric location kindness of the people from the staff. It made our trip much more pleasant. We will recommend it to friends and family
My boyfriend booked a trip to Paris for my surprise birthday. The hotel was lovely, very quaint and perfect location for the eiffel tower and trocedero, rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helped with directions, not that many are needed as close to everything. The hotel is situated in the residential area, the locals were friendly, one even danced for us in thd bar opposite. I would highly recommend and stay again at plaza tour eiffel.
Good hotel and nice, comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The location is perfect so close to the Eiffel tower.. Prices of course are somewhat higher. For me a place to come back to.
Overall really liked this hotel alot. The staff was extremely nice, and the location was perfect. The only minor complaint is the shower is set up kinda funny, as there is no real door or curtain so ended up getting water all over the floor when we showered. Beds were VERY comfortable. Again would go back here in a minute if we return to Paris.
We stayed at this hotel for five nights last week. We decided on this hotel after looking at many others, some in the same area but others scattered around Paris. First, the location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk takes you to the Trocadero, and a great view of the Eiffel Tower, the Metro, and many cafes and restaurants in the area. The hotel itself is small, only 40 rooms over six floors, on a quiet side street. The staff are all excellent, very welcoming and fluent in many languages, from the breakfast staff to the front desk. The rooms are small, we had a deluxe room, but this is Europe, buildings especially the older ones are scaled differently than NA standards and they are perfectly adequate to meet all your needs. They are well equipped, the bathrooms are nice and besides you want to be out in Paris most of the time anyway. If you are used to, and looking for all of the amenities that large North American chain hotel has to offer this might not be the place, but if you want some great Parisian charm in a small friendly hotel with great service, this is a great option. There was lots of comments about the breakfast service and choices in other reviews, but we always found a great selection of offerings, hot, cold, traditional and European offers. Fresh breads, pastries, fruit and many other things. There are lots of very good places to eat in the area, depending on your budget and all we tried were excellent. It's a residential area so there are large grocery shops, fresh fruit shops, bakeries, a cafe next door and many other things to discover in the area. I'd recommend it.
This Hotel is decent. The room was excessively furnished but comfortable nonetheless. The gentleman who received us during the evening hours was great. Night shift front desk attendant was extremely rude. At night, I inquired about hot water for some tea, a very nice gentleman offered to give it to us since they had a Electric kettle on the front desk. The very next day, I had an extremely simple request, Can I have some water please, the Night time/overnight front desk person said Drink it from the bathroom, its the same water. in a very rude manner. He didn't offer any water, he just said the comment above. We were there for 3 days, and during our entering and exiting, there was no greeting. Everything was fine except the overnight attendant. Quite the turnoff. Great location, good facility, sub-par customer service
we arrived at the hotel and was greeted by the clerk from hell. I forgot her name.about 5ft 6 inch.. lady with black hair... We requested an additional bed in one of the rooms.she told us it was not possible, then she said tomorrow, this was not acceptable,,i asked for the manger, manger appear, nice as heck... problem solved. we still had room after putting a small bed in a deluxe room....no hand towels in bath... over experience was good.
We had a junior suite for three persons. The room was very nice in the top floor. This room had also a view of Eiffel tower from the balcony. Well... the balcony was very small, as quite often in Paris. You can however stand on the balcony and take a photo of Eiffel tower, or the top part of it (because that's all you see). Breakfast was also very good.
Stayed in this place during my 3 days stay in Paris. The location is close to Eiffel Tower. The place is neat and has a modern look, but I found the rooms to be very small. Free Wifi and reasonably good breakfast. Special mention of Mr. Daniel in the Front Desk who I found to be very helpful and professional. He was always ready to help us with directions to near by amenities and also provided us some useful tips for our onward trip to London.
The Plaza Tour Eiffel is located within five minutes of the Trocadero (plaza looks out over the Eiffel Tower), and about a 15-20 minute walk from the OECD Conference Center. It's in walking distance of several metro stations, and a cab is always available at short notice. The hotel is very clean and in excellent condition; the rooms look as if they've been renovated recently, or are at least very well maintained. My room (single queen, I think) was small but not uncomfortably so. Plenty of room for a business traveler or couple with luggage and a desk to work at a computer if needed. I thought the wi-fi signal was weak, but that might have been just my room. It still worked, just not the best connection. On a the bright side, the a/c was fantastic! So many hotels don't allow lower settings. Having a comfortable room when it's hot out makes all the difference! Breakfast was complimentary and very good. The front desk doubles as a bar if you're up late and want a nightcap. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, spoke fine English (I don't speak French). There is a small lounge beside the front desk which is satisfactory if you want to meet with people before going out, or just to get a better wi-fi signal. There is an elevator, but only one, so sometimes you have to wait a bit. Lastly, there is also a nice exercise center in the basement, which is very clean and has good machines. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel and staff, and thought it was very competitive with the big chains. I cannot recommend this place enough; I will certainly stay here next time I come to Paris.
