This was my second trip to Paris and it was my birthday trip too so I paid for a superior room, which when we arrived were told we had been upgraded to a deluxe room. As we made to our room, we found out that was not true and it was the room I paid for. the room was clean and in good order, but for what you pay for, you get very little, the room is dark due to just being lit by lamps and basic table and kettle. the bathroom was clean yet needed work on the shower, as bits kept falling off the shower head rail. the cleaning staff were all on point and kept to a great standard. We also asked for a quiet room due to sleeping issues I have, and the room at night, well it was noisy, we couldn't work it out why, but we believe it was water pipes. the breakfast was limited and basic, we where asked if we wanted tea or coffee and got a small selection of teas. bread and pastries came in a basket from the back, not knowing how long it might have been there or reused, whereas the cold meats, cheese, yoghurts and eggs and sometimes either sausages or bacon was kept on display. the location was good, close to the Trocadero metro stop and a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Overall, this place is trying hard to paint itself as a 4-star hotel, but only due to the area it is in, it's a good 3 star at best due to the lack of breakfast and the basic rooms. made my birthday that less lacklustre when I got back to the room.
We stayed at the Plaza Tour Eiffel just recently. The hotel is lovely and is conveniently located. There are many nice restaurants in walking distance which is really nice. The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. They helped us navigate where we were going and had some really good suggestions which made our trip that much better. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice but the shower and tub were very small. The buffet breakfast was ok, the eggs were cold but the coffee and pastries were delicious. Overall we had a good stay.
I took my partner to the Plaza Tour Eiffel for a 4 day break for her 50th Birthday. Kiran and the team ensured that it was a truly memorable experience. I contacted the hotel a few times before arrival to ensure that everything would be perfect and nothing was ever a problem - one of the team always emailed me back quickly and efficiently. On arrival we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower which was amazing. I had arranged for a bottle of champagne to be delivered to the room on the second day prior to us arriving back after a long day site seeing - again this was done perfectly and sat chilled in the room for our return. The hotel is literally a 3 minute walk from the Trocadero Metro station where you can get anywhere within within the city in under 30 minutes. the Big Bus bus stop is based their too which is a perfect way to visit all of the sites with going underground. Breakfast was typically French and all of the produce was of the highest quality and the staff were so attentive - nothing was too much trouble. There are hot dishes available (freshly made scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages etc.) but the cold selection, pastries and freshly squeezed juices were more than enough for us. The room was excellent too - so clean! They even changed the robes everyday which was a bit overkill but nevertheless speaks volumes about their attention to detail. The best thing I can say about the room (albeit it was a Junior Suite) is that it felt more like home from home than a hotel. I didn't get to see the other rooms but people who complain about the size of them should go and holiday in purpose built resorts - not the centre of Paris! Thanks again to Kiran and his wonderful team. Definitely see you again.
This is an excellent hotel in the beautiful Trocadero area. The staff was truly amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely willing to make our stay wonderful. I went on a mother & daughter quick trip to Paris, and they made our vacation unforgettable.
This is a nice hotel located in a great neighborhood in a Paris. Walkable to all the cute Parisian restaurants and to a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from Trocadero. The staff is great and breakfast in morning is nice. Only issue is that the rooms are extremely small.
My new wife and I went here on our first leg of our European honeymoon. The staff was amazing and they even laid out flower petals on the bed to welcome us. The room was very clean and quiet. The location is fantastic and within a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and 5 minute walk to public transit. The room that we stayed in had a balcony view of the top 1/2 of the tower. The neighborhood was very safe. Breakfast options were more than adequate and comfortably presented. I can't say enough about how wonderful all of the staff were and our visit was amazing.
My wife and I stayed in Paris for a week. Kiran and the team went out of their way to make us comfortable, including organising a doctor’s visit within an hour when one of us got a bad cold. Great location for visiting the sights of Paris, especially the Tower. Professional and genuinely warm hearted staff.
We spent 3 nights in Plaza Tour Eiffel and we really enjoyed it! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. Our favorite part was the breakfast, which included a large variety of yummy options, from sweet to savoury.
From first greeting to the reluctant goodbye the staff and hotel team were beyond outstanding. Lovely room, good breakfast and above all incredibly helpful staff. Only 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and about 10 from nearest metro makes this a brilliant place. Local restaurants are excellent - especially the Italian Sgabetti - which we can highly recommend it. Overall a marvellous stay and long weekend. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Paris.
We enjoyed very much being in this hotel because of its small size, perfect centric location kindness of the people from the staff. It made our trip much more pleasant. We will recommend it to friends and family
