Visited with my family the grounds are nicely kept the hotel itself is good , good value for money we didn't visit the spa as we just stayed there as it is only 2 stops by train to Disney. The hotel staff were helpful. There is a shuttle service to the train station which was handy.The rooms have 2 levels which I thought was unique. I found the room was kept clean there is a little kitchenette with an electric hob and a microwave. The beds were very comfy. Our stay there was quite ok.
Just a short review to air my gratitude to the staff. I spent Mothers having brunch at the Italian restaurant with my 8 year old daughter which was delicious. We went on to go bowling and ended up spending all day at your resort. We are local and so didn't have to venture far but we both really felt we were on holiday far from home. My daughter was so happy all day long. Special thanks to Daniella the restaurant who served us with plenty of smiles and kindness, to the reception staff at the bowling entrance who had many guests to manage including birthday parties but were super friendly and fast, to the girls on reception at the hotel that were very sweet in accommodating us and especially thanks to Operations manager Chad Hachem, You were a total star that day :) We really appreciate it and we will be back. I will be recommending this hotel to all friends and family visiting me in the future and also to anyone else that fancies a nice complete day out!
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Paxton for 3 nights whilst we visited nearby Disneyland. Rooms were clean, very good sized and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, a good choice, and the hotel facilities and decor were very modern. The hotel is very well placed in order to get to Disneyland, and the complimentary shuttle into the nearby town is very handy. We were most impressed however by the hotel manager who came out to the nearby Le Chai restaurant at 11pm to collect us when the taxi services were no longer running. This going above and beyond the call of duty really impressed us and we will definitely recommend this hotel to others and would whole heartedly stay here again.
A strange construction of the hotel , rooms separated from the restaurant, the bar . Bathroom not very clean , pubic hair from the guest before :-( No glasses in the room , basic comfort. I’m misguided the second time by Booking.com Will stop working with them !
Taxi driver found this hotel hard to get to even with the address from CDG airport. However once arriving it was an awesome hotel, clean and quiet. There’s an Italian restaurant attached and a bar with a bowling centre. We don’t speak any French and found it super easy to get to and from the train station to go both into Paris itself and then also to Disneyland. This is a great location on a budget if you are wanting to travel to Disneyland but don’t stay here to go back and forwards into the city. Breakfast is limited so prepare to be hungry haha!
We arrived at 3:00 am on the 27th dec the man on reception was lovely and was very friendly to our 20 month son. The room was clean and welcoming we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good there was a decent selection, could of changed more day to day but filled us up! We didn’t really use the shuttle but walked as it was only 10 minutes to the station however it was quite a bumpy route and I am not sure I would of done it if my child wasn’t in a pushchair! But taxis are widely available (Uber 8 Euro to Disney) Once at the station Disney was only 2 stops away and we loved every minute! We decided that we would go to Paris again this December, I originally wanted to stay at Disney but as we are heading to Orlando the following year, and because we found the Paxton comfortable and accommodating we have decided to book again! Which also means 500 pound saving :)
Location was in the middle of a rural commercial complex. Lack of transport offered by the hotel - (Shuttle service running to local train station from 9-11:30 am Only). Otherwise it’s a walk to a bus station or taxi. No bottled water for sale or no water available apart from the tap. If you need water you have to walk all the way to the other building and buy from the bar. On the second day they had ran out of water so had to ask the restaurant to sell us some. The bar in the other building charged 12 Euro’s for a beer one day, 7 euros another day and 10 minutes later 8 euros. No kettle or tea making facilities in the room. The room had a hob and microwave but no kitchen utensils. The room stunk of chlorine, it was right next to the spa and pool entrance and chancing rooms as well as breakfast entrance so was very noisy throughout the day. Staff would knock and give no time to answer the door and just open it regardless. Spa services (massages) were pretty poor given it is a specialist spa hotel.
Well the location is not so perfect, but i did not expect more then what i book in my pakage. The hotel its self is nice, big you have bowlling, spa, pool some entarteiment to keep you busy durring evening. Rooms are big and clean well stoked. The boys at reception was efficint and helpfull all the time. Shuttle service every 10 min to the station. So can cath the train to Disneyland or Paris. The only one think is that the pool was a bit dirty, but that maybe we were lots of people in and no bathroobes. Breakfast is normal as everywhere. Good two days of happy Xmas!
We arrived here after our original reservation with Radisson Blu Disney was overbooked and we were referred here. The rooms are weird, first floor is a sofa bed and then you have a gallery floor with the master bed. The bedding on the sofa bed was torn and dirty. As my wife is handicap she was forced to sleep on the sofa bed as she couldn’t go up the stairs. Breakfast is a whooping 10 minute walk. And the variety is very poor - 2 cheeses, two types of meat, 2 types of hot dishes, two types of eggs. I think it’s a joke to call this a 4 star hotel. It’s a low quality 3. When we came back to Radisson Blu they told us we were supposed to get a Suite and not the shameful room we received.
I stayed one night for business and was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel. It's slightly odd that the restaurant is in another building and the breakfast room is hard to find. Good hotel though, nice large and modern room, very clean. I will certainly use this hotel again
