The subject line says it all. There are much better hotels available in the 8th or 9th arrondissement in Paris (which is closer to the city center) at the same price point. The only reason why you would/should stay here is if you have to visit Disneyland only (15 mins drive from here) or because your tour operator had a tie-up with the hotel and got this for way cheaper than what you see on the rate card (this is what happened with me). FYI, given that I traveled with my family on a group tour, we were served breakfast in a separate enclosure and not in the hotel restaurant. And by breakfast, I mean croissants, jams, yoghurts, bread, cold meats and scrambled eggs. You couldn’t get any other form of eggs. There was no cereal choice except corn flakes. And a lack of options in general. Again, this might be because our travel operator skimped on this cost, but, you should know that this hotel does allow for these kind of things. So ask ahead! All in all, if you are in Paris for more than a day and intend to do anything else apart from Disneyland, look for something else. Read my review of 34B Astotel...

We stayed here with the family because we visited Disneyland Paris. The hotel is 15 min drive from the park and has standard novotel rooms. They sleep 4 persons with a good bathroom. The hotel has a small but perfect pool for the kids and a garden where you can do some sports like table tennis. The dinner and breakfast were good.

We decided to stay here as close to Disneyland Paris. Good value for money in general. Nice outdoor swimming pool, however not heated. Rooms were large enough for 4 people and had a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The bed was good and also the sofa bed was fine. Breakfast eas very good, they had all tou would expect in a modern style. My only negative point was the tub was not 100% clean and also the carpet in the corridors could have been vacuumed cleaned better. I would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

The hotel was clean, very welcoming with friendly staff. The children loved the environment and I will definitely come back sometime. The only downside was that there was not enough variety in breakfast .

The reception and bar area were modern and light. But bar area was very dirty, with no one cleaning the tables. . Rooms had an outdated feel, and didn t feel cosy or warm. The art in the room was horrible and didn t help Rooms are spatious with seperate toilet. Bathroom was ok, shower in bath. Bed was standard novotel. Room could be cleaner Closed parking for free Location in industrial area with some chain restaurant s nearby, 15 min drive from disney Staff attendance can improve, but overall service was ok Wifi ok Breakfast a bit messy, there were lots of people with a congress going on, and staff didn t seem able to fully cope with that Just the standard choices at breakfast Overall price/quality can improve. Ok hotel for one night stop, but should come at less expensive prices

Please avoid this hotel as much as you can. I was in Paris for 3 nights with my kids and my room did not have air-conditioning. I complained and was told that it's standard across the hotel to not have air-con in the rooms. Imagine being in a city where the whether is almost 29/30 degrees and not having air-con. Needless to say I will NEVER be staying at any Novotel hotel again... Once again... Please avoid this hotel at all costs, especially during the summer. I can't over emphasis how devastated I was.. If I'm lying, let the hotel come out and deny this.. It's a CRAP hotel.

Reception staff welcoming.Nice team in restaurant but woman working in bar (blonde dyed hair) fairly unhelpful.bordering on rude.she appears unhappy in her role but lets the hotel overall performance down. No air con in rooms more inefficient fan.We were on top floor so opened windows .9 euros for a glass of house white. This was Icelandic prices. We had a meal at nearby Del Arte Restaurant where 1/2 litŕe 8 euros. This is 90metres away. However restaurant food was not cheap the quality was good. The duck was excellent. We drove to disneyland 15mins away.Would stay again but not as good as Novotel Saint Witz we stayed at 10days ago to visit Parc Asterix.Other family found the hotel drop off at Rer station good. They had to get taxi back from ret station at e d of the day as hotel only offers pick up after 1030pm This was 6 euros for an Uber.Train was quick and cheap and avoids 30 euro parking at Disney

This was the first stop on our first trip to Disneyland Paris. First off, i thought the SatNav had taken us in the wrong direction as it's in the middle of an industrial estate, but nope! That's just where it is!!! Upon arrival, the first thing that struck me was that hotel was very dark! Now after a long day traveling with a 2 year old, we were in need of some food. The hotel resutrant was very expensive and not what I'd say was 'Family Friendly'.I had noticed a steak house round the corner and asked if we could walk there. The reception staff explained to me that was not possible. Part of me didn't believe what the guy was saying and we went anyway, only to find out that it's a short 3 min walk just round the corner. Good local knowledge is essential in good hotel staff. We got back and got to our room. It absolutely stank of fried food of some kind, and seemed a bit dirty. Kinda like we had walked in on someone's room, while eating McDonald's. A cot that we had requested, had also not been brought up. I went downstairs to talk to them about this and they switched our rooms. No real apology, but hey, I guess that's to be expected. All of the rooms seem like a really long walk away. Our new from was fine. Pretty basic, but did for a bed for the night. The bathroom had loads of hairs in it, which we had to clean ourselves, but by this point we were too tired to move rooms again. Not a great hotel and really wouldn't stay there again. I'd pay the extra bit of money and stay somewhere else. For the rest of our trip we stayed at the Disney Davy Crockett ranch which will be in the next review.

Arrived too late for breakfast cause we were exhausted from Disneyland Paris and slept too long. Super friendly breakfast crew served us extra croissants and coffee in the bar and made our day. Thank you so much!! :D :D

We stayed as a family of four here for one night before heading into Disney the morning after. We also had dinner and breakfast here both of which were excellent. My gnocchi and my partners spaghetti bolognese were perfect. The kids opted for Fish and Chips both of which were plentiful. The kids mini playground behind the dining area is lovely and it's nice to enjoy a drink whilst the kids run about. The back of the hotel is.enclosed so no risk of them straying ! Our room was clean and quite spacious. Staff were friendly and spoke brilliant English. An excellent hotel.
