In the lively 10th arrondissement, just 10 minutes from Gare du Nord and 5 minutes from Gare de l’Est, our apartment offers quick access to the city’s most vibrant districts and excellent public transport to explore Paris at your own pace.



IMPORTANT:

The toilets inside the property are currently out of service, and both access and use are strictly prohibited. Please do not enter or use them under any circumstances. Any use requiring technical intervention will be fully charged.

A second restroom is available on the landing, directly opposite the entrance door (to the left when exiting the elevator).

The key to the external restroom is attached to your key set.
