Standard hotel away from the city centre, the area surrounding is a little bit quiet so keep this in mind if booking. Room was clean and had a small sized kitchen, only downside there was no air condition and the rooms got extremely hot during the day. Breakfast was average with not many choices and the laundry machines did not work when attempted.

I spent 4 days with my wife....nothing hasn’t been cleaned....no fan, no air condition....room was extremely hot...bathroom did not get cleaning...shed of bed hasn’t been clean despite my complaint....property staff asked me to pay 10 euros/day for car parking instead of 8 euros as notify in my booking. We spent sad time.....not happy at all

We found the accomodation to be very clean and comfortable. The location was very close to public transportation such as the Metro so it was very easy to get around. The reception staff was very helpful and courteous. The kitchenette was well equipped and although we didn't do much eating in the room other than fruit, cheese and bread we could have prepared more substantial meals if needed. We took advantage of the laundry facility in the building and had clean clothes to bring home. The area the facility is located in doesn't have a great choice of restaurants or cafes but we took that into account and would usually stop somewhere on the way back to eat or drink.

A Thumbs up stay

Tram at the door. Good cooking facilities. Comfortable bed.a very enjoyable stay. Only recommendation is a means of keeping doors fixed in different position to let in fresh air into the room.

Very Good

Very nice apartment hotel with a litle citchen and sink! Super clean room. The only disadvantage that was mentioned in the description is tha the room is not made up and towel are not changed during your stay. A litle far away from the center but it is worth it.

I have enjoyed my stay there alot , the aparthotel is clean , quiete , staff there are so nice and helpful. I have a delay to my flight and came late to hotel but it was so easy to check in through emergency line and get my room key by machine . Its location is great near to metro station which can easily access to whole paris by changing lines if you understand the map correctly. I would love to stay there next time if i plan to come to paris again

Hotel for long-term students, very nice staff

I booked this stay last minute and did not do my research ahead of time. The place is more for long term students not for someone looking for a charming, chic Paris experience. The neighborhood is unique from the rest of Paris-- authentic, a bit scruffy and working class. Did i feel safe as a single woman? Yes. The hotel staff is kind and tries hard. The place is clean but not fancy or for that matter, attractive. Think dormitory, a nice one. Because i thought it was a hotel, I expected daily service (towels, clean room, a bar of soap) and did not get this. So you will have to purchase your own soap, TP, etc. There are kitchens in each room which came in handy. The metro is close but this location is a bit out of the way, compared with city center. Would I personally stay here again? Probably not, due to lack of restaurants and cafes and a bit unattractive. However my room was upgraded and I have fond memories.

Great bargain!

The building is lovely and safe. The room was large for Paris and had a working kitchen! As a woman traveling solo I felt completely safe and the neighborhood is residential and convenient. The staff was hugely helpful. Everybody spoke excellent English and were patient and kind. My room was immaculate; the sheets and towels were fresh and clean. Highly recommend!
