A Dump with a View

Upon entering this property, my husband hit his head on a ceiling light fixture. It was incredibly low because the electrical wires were fully exposed. As we proceeded to look around, we noticed the unit was dusty, there were stains in the toilet, old food & dirt in the pots & silverware, the oven was filthy, bed sheets were stained & there was a dead bug smooshed on the wall. Additionally, there were potential safety issues. Two of the ceiling fixtures were hanging loosely exposing electrical wires, the lock on the front door was difficult to operate. The building door was unsecured as we entered, creating additional safety issues. The mattresses were hard as rocks,made with weathered sheets & did not have standard pillows. Instead, we were provided square ones, that you would typically find on a couch! The last tenant must have left in a rush as there was a suitcase & blanket left in one of the bedroom closets. I shared all of these issues immediately with Antoine via the VRBO site stating that we had already vacated the property & were requesting a full refund. It took her over 48 hours to get back to me, & another message to remind her of our issues. We were only staying at this property for three days or 72 hours, & her response was that we would not receive a refund because she could fix these issues. Hosts should have their units prepared prior to your stay, not during it! Stay away from this awful host & unit!

Paris apartment

The apartment had a beautiful view of the city and the apartment was adequate. It was a little challenging to figure out how to get in. There was no extra toilet paper(we had to go to the store ar 10 pm to get some) and no extra paper towels. No coffee or special touches you usually get with Vrbo. The refrigerator smelled really bad. With that being said the apartment was spacious and great for four people. Antonio responded quickly and was very nice.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous view Eiffel Tower

The apartment is centrally located with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower and exactly as described. The host communicates quickly and arranged for Kim to meet us and show us around.

Great last minute find!

We were very lucky to find such a nice place on short notice. We made this booking 48 hours before our trip and Antoine was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was bright and very clean and the beds were comfortable. The best part was the views. They were unbeatable! The apartment basically has a 270 degree view of the city! It was lovely to watch the Eiffel Tower light up from the living/dining. Also very conveniently located. There is a market, several bakeries and cafes within a short walk. There are two metro/RER stops also within a very short walk, so sites are easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastische Lage, traumhafter Blick, viel Platz

Wir haben 4 Tage in Antoines Wohnung in Paris verbracht und haben uns dort unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zwischen 2 Metro / RER Stationen ist super. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen tollen Supermarkt und auch der erstklassige Bäcker ist nicht weit. Die Kommunikation mit Antoine war prima, vielen Dank dafür! Mit 3 Kindern war es toll, einen großen Esstisch und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer zu haben, dazu eine Gästetoilette und 2 Bäder. In der Küche fanden wir alles, was das Herz begehrt und mehr. Klasse Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
