Staying here for 4 nights while mixing concerts at 'La Philharmonie' over the road. Nice room with A/C, tea and coffee making facilities, international power outlets, and most importantly A BATH! Free WiFi, but very slow. Above average breakfast. All in all a pleasant place to stay!

Friendly staff. Already mentioned but again, no sign of improvement. Very poor wifi. Completely useless. A shame because all other services are not bad. very long wait time at the restaurant. ok food but be ready for the wait.

Drove down from the UK they do have an underground car park but it's about €25 per 24hrs. There is a few bars/restaurant close by as well as McDonald's and pizza hut, also metro just outside I drove round Paris but I think taxis to the centre from the hotel are around €25 per trip. The hotel was fine, rooms were clean and quiet big, does have tea and coffee etc but in paper cups! For that amount of money per room that seemed a little odd. Our room was at the back of the hotel but my parents stayed at the front and did say there was a lot of road / people noise Next time I would stay closer to the centre .

A pretty standard Mercure - adequate rooms with a hard-ish bed and standard shower bathroom. Staff are friendly enough, and there seems to be enough sound proofing to keep the worst of the road noise at bay. The restaurant is not brilliant as it - the food we had was not massively tasty and was just warm.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was quick to check in and out and the staff were very helpful and friendly, was pleased that most staff also spoke good english. We did book a classic double room but was given 2 twin beds but it didn't bother us much as we just pushed them together. Was a slightly outdated room but was still nice with large shower. toilet had alot of limescale could have done with a bleach but apart from that it was a very nice and clean room with plenty of storage space and tea and coffee supplied for free and a under worktop fridge. Our room was on the 6th floor of the hotel with a beautiful view of the surrounding buildings with no noise despite it being a busy hotel and surrounding area. The bed was incredibly comfortable and extra pillows were also supplied. The area of the hotel was great as just a few minutes walk from the metro and the tram line and alot of choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops/supermarkets and patisseries all within walking distance. If you walk a bit further down you enter into the centre where you see the real culture, there is sunday markets which isn't large but nice to have a wander through, a great choice of bars and restaurants and reasonable prices also. Overall this hotel was in the perfect location and we really enjoyed our stay..

Stayed here in May 2017 and spent 2 nights. We thought the hotel was only average and would not stay here by choice. We were on a Trafalgar Tour and this chosen by them. The room was dark and the bathroom in desperate need of a renovation. Breakfast was not great and I would not bother. Went out and came back and lifts were not working. There is a metro stop close by and restaurants too.. We are returning to Paris next year, but wont be coming back to this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and nice when entering the lobby. Rooms beds were comfy. Nice restaurant downstairs and if you go outside turn left and many more restaurant/cafes not far from Eifel tower and Arc De triomph

We were several days ago and really enjoyed our stay. Clean room and spacious. No noise and very comfortable. Half an hour maximum to the major places. Easy parking outside the hotel. We will repeat for sure.😘

We stayed there in July for a night on arrival in Paris and found the hotel to be tired and in need of a refurb as it was a bit run down in places. Rooms are not as good as a new Premier Inn style rooms, although the bathroom was quite modern, the room was not especially nice and the hallways were dark and dismal. We paid for breakfast which was in a nice room on the 10th floor, but the hot food dishes were replenished quickly enough so lots of empty bowls, but the patisserie items were nice. Location is a lot further out than the 2 kms it stated on from Gard Nord and also they seem to have a policy of no refund on certain bookings even though you press the reserve button on rather than book. It is right opposite a massive concert hall, so would be a great location if going there. Area seems a bit dodgy at night.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel with a group tour. Although it is a little bit away from the city, this hotel is situated at a very good area where there are restaurants, stores and the metro is about 2 minutes walk. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is at 10th floor, and if you go at some specific time, there will be a big crowd and you have to wait few minutes before entering the breakfast hall.
