Apartment was dirty, smelled like cigarettes. No ventilation in the apartment, no ac, one fan that was working we asked for more fans they didn’t have it. The window downstairs did not open because this apartment was a store converted to the apartment. We couldn’t air it out at all, the upstairs had a window that opened but it was not enough since it was so hot the air did not move. Bathroom was very dirty and moldy we showered with our flip flops on. We had a horrible experience we couldn’t sleep bc it was so hot. The description of the apartment said it was renovated but in fact it was worn down, the pictures were taken when the apartment was just renovated it does not look like that. Very misleading.

Bereits beim Betreten der Wohnung kam uns ein muffiger Geruch entgegen. Es war stickig, aber eben nicht nur das. Als wir das extrem kleine Bad betraten, wurde klar wo das herkam. Das komplette Bad voll von Stockflecken und Schimmel. Wir haben sofort den Vermieter kontaktiert, der uns mitteilte, dass dies sicher an den Temperaturen liegen würde und man sich am kommenden Tag darum kümmern würde. Die Flecken waren jedoch nicht neu, ws wurde offensichtlich schon mehrmals darüber gepfutscht. Während wir weiter versuchten Hilfe zu bekommen (auch über fewo-direkt.de), hieß es von der Vermieter-Agentur, wir müssten uns gedulden und man würde sich am Folgetag melden. Wir baten um Rückerstattung der Zahlung und wollten die Unterkunft direkt verlassen. Fewo-direkt.de sagte uns später, dass das nicht mehr möglich sei, weil wir tatsächlich die Wohnung nach 2h verlassen haben. Es hat uns wirklich die Luft genommen in der Wohnung. Mit zwei Kindern und auch für uns selbst, war der Zustand nicht tragbar. Das ist gesundheitsschädlich. Wir haben also am Folgetag auf Informationen gewartet. Fewo-direkt.de hat ebenfalls versucht den Vermieter zu erreichen. Auch wir haben es weiter versucht. Weder zu diesem Zeitpunkt, noch in den Wochen danach haben wir eine Antwort bekommen. Man hat uns ignoriert und das Geld einbehalten. Wir waren ausdrücklich davor diese Unterkunft zu mieten. Unabhängig vom Bad sind die Fotos gut aufgenommen. Man findet nicht das vor, was auf den Fotos abgebildet ist.
