The Space:
Perfectly suited for a family or group of friends, this apartment features two bedrooms on the main level, each with its own en suite bathroom. The first bedroom, overlooking the private patio, is bathed in natural light and includes a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV, and a bathroom with a rain shower and sink. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV, and a bathroom with a rain shower and sink. Both bedrooms share a separate toilet with a sink in the hallway.
The dining and kitchen areas are seamlessly connected to the private patio, providing a tranquil space to unwind after a day of exploring or to enjoy a special dinner while admiring the vertical green garden. The sleek and modern kitchen features original exposed limestone walls, which, along with the oiled oak floors, create a unique and stylish ambiance.
A contemporary staircase, suitable for adults and children aged 8 and older, leads to the lower level. Here, you'll find a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a rain shower, sink, and toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The location in the 3rd is ideal. Our family of five with a 22, 21 and 17 year old loved how we could walk everywhere. The apartment is street level with a bedroom on the lower level that we called the cave. With the lack of windows throughout the apartment it is quite dark and musty. However the location was perfect.

Beautiful quiet apartment in a great area. It was easy to communicate with the owners. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are fine for people with no mobility issues, but difficult for others. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in Paris.

Firstly, this is the best location in Paris. We’ve stayed in many districts and this was the best Parisian experience. The neighborhood is very local and friendlyBeautiful shops and restaurants. All walking distance.Easy access to metro. The home was super well equipped and clean. Property managers checked in with us and responded very quickly to questions. Wonderful group stay!
We traveled with our family of 5 (all adults) and the layout worked great for us. Really enjoyed exploring Le Marais and this street was surprisingly quiet. Property is exactly as pictured and communication with property management team was excellent. We were very pleasantly surprised that the master has a king bed, not a queen as listed! All the linens were superb!
