There is no elevator and we have to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor on a spiral staircase.
No elevator we are in the 3rd floor and you have to go up on a winding staircase
Downside is the lift was not working and we had to take our luggage through 5 floors of stairs. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable.
