Nice Hotel in good position near Lafayette, rooms at 6th floor are quite narrow but for few days it is acceptable. Rooms are clean. wi-fi ok. Staff is kind. Sorry but I can't comment breakfast because I prefer do it outside, Paris is so nice!

Great hotel, friendly staff and superbeds! We had a great stay in a clean hotel with nice super beds, a friendly staff, nice breakfast and a good price. We definitly wanna go back. We like to come back.

Very happy with the accommodations, our room was on the 6th floor, with a small balcony. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and even provide us all with umbrellas for our rainy day in Paris. Only complaint is that the dining room is tiny, and there were no tables available for our group of 6, and neither was there any food or coffee ready. Our rate included breakfast and so it was disappointing that we had to head out and buy breakfast elsewhere as we didn't want to sit around and wait for tables.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here at the Hotel Touraine Opera. There were just a few things (niggles) that I had. We were in room 1 on the ground floor, and as a previous review states, you can hear/slightly feel the metro. This wasn't too much of a disturbance though and it didn't wake me up in the night. Our heating/air con/thermostat didn't seem to be working so I woke up sweating in the middle of the night and had to open the window which looks out to the middle of the building to the air con machine. There wasn't much air here! When our room was cleaned each day they didn't tend to refill the milk, and sometimes the coffee/tea. We went across the road and bought some milk as we Brits like tea! and the wooden stirrers for the cups were never changed our whole stay there. They have teaspoons at breakfast so I'm not sure why they don't just use them? Breakfast was nice but basic - if not included in your package it is quite expensive so it might be better going to a local café for breakfast. It included 3 x cereals, small croissants/pain au chocolat, bread, yoghurt, teas/coffee/orange juice, and some cheeses, bacon and mini sausages. I was quite satisfied with mine but for 16 euros a person is quite expensive. There looks to be a shelf missing from under the mirror in our bathroom (there is the frame for where a shelf should be)- where it would have been very handy to put our wash bag. The staff were great and very friendly.

This lovely hotel with pleasant, welcoming and helpful staff was a really good base for exploring the city. We found it to be 15/20 minutes walk to the Louvre, 10 minutes to Saint Lazare train station (for direct train to Versailles) and 5 minutes to many bistros in any direction. Breakfasts were good each morning. The only room for improvement from us would be more reliable, faster Wi-Fi (the 3G was often better) and a more generous allocation of creamer/milk on the tea tray as there was only one given for a double room. Minor inconveniences in an otherwise great stay.

I'd definitely recommend a stay here, and will stay again next time I visit Paris. It's in an excellent location in 9th Arr., super close to 4 main metro stations and the Galeries Lafayette department store. Easily walkable to Opera district and straight down the boulevard to the Louvre & the Seine. The area itself felt safe at night, and the hotel is secure/front doors locked when reception is temporarily unattended. We had a room that looked over the street onto the gorgeous buildings on the crossroads. Room itself was very comfortable, a little bit warm as hotels always are, but the large windows open fully so it wasn't a problem. Room and bathroom were very clean & we had no complaints about the size of the room either. Breakfast was included in our rate but we didn't bother the second morning as it was excruciatingly warm in the basement and the food selection wasn't really what we wanted. Nothing wrong with it, just a bit limited but we didn't go down until 9:30am so probably missed the best! Staff were really friendly and helpful, they stored our luggage after our check out until we were ready to leave Paris. Overall, 100% look forward to staying here again, thank you so much!

Overall we had a lovely stay at Touraine Opera, it provided everything we needed for a 3 day break sightseeing in Paris. It is in with good location of the metro if that is how you choose to travel around. The breakfast provided was of good quality, a selection of cereals, croissants and cold hams and cheeses. The hot option never looked particularly appealing ! We were able to store luggage as we arrived early and had time to change in the toilets before heading out to explore the city on our first day. My one recommendation to travellers would be that the photos that appear are deceptive, they are clearly of the best rooms. Our room looked out onto 3 other walls and a glass ceiling of an office! However this said, the room was comfortable, if a little small, and was kept very clean by the daily cleaners. Towels changed as needed and bins emptied. Overall we had a nice stay here but wouldn't recommend spending more time than needed in the hotel!

Friendly and kind staff who speak English very well (if needed.) Clean rooms w super comfy beds and a huge bathroom w a fantastic tub made for long bubble baths. All the necessary amenities. We stayed 8 nights and we're very comfortable. The hotel is located close to so many things: places to eat, drink, shop, metro stops, Sacré Coeur, Galleries Lafayette, Moulin Rouge, etc. I would stay here again. Thank you so much to everyone on staff, especially Coralie!!

Wonderful staff and beautiful rooms. Not too far from the Eiffel Tower and shops. Great value for a stay in Paris. The staff will hold your luggage if you get there before your check in time. I would stay here again.

Rooms relatively small, but clean and pretty comfortable. Quiet environment. Great location between Pigalle / Montmartre and the Seine river (both 10-15min walk). Staff is tactful, non-intrusive, but very professionnal.
