I loved this place. Yes it was small but clean and comfortable and very affordable. The guys downstairs were very helpful as I HAD NEVER been to Paris. I also loved the diversity of the neighborhood but not bustling with tourists. Still I could find cafes and cheese shops within walking distance. I am a 65 year old woman who was traveling alone who was made to feel welcome and safe.Would go back again.
I stayed in the hotel for 4 days for my anniversary with my partner and it was truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms only light was a red stand alone led light that made the room look like a brothel, every noise made in the staircase we could hear in our room, the staircase itself was very dark and they officially have the world record for smallest elevator, it could genuinely on fit one person. Very basic and had no feeling of comfort about it whatsoever. Please do not stay here if you want to enjoy Paris.
Good location, friendly english speaking staff but the price should be a little bit lower (old not renovated building and rooms). We got a quiet room in 6th floor, with a backyard view and bathtube. Actually it was 2 connected rooms where 1 was a bedroom and 1 was the living room with tv and desk. Free wifi, hairdryer, towels and some toilet cosmetics were provided. Room was cleaned every day. Good location, near the metro station and variety of restaurants.
We spend 7 night sanitario in this hotel. We think We have a Big room because of this, We could see another smaller than our. We stayed in the last floor ( room 65) It has 2 rooms, and private restroom. It is a nice room because It is painted with a mural of Sacre Coeur in the wall of the bedroom ( so romantic) and an street of Paris in the other room whit a chair and a Light as part as the landscape. The white robe were OK. The breakfast ( from 6:30 to 9:30) permited us to take profit of the time. The breakfast is very Good. People aré very kind also. The negative point is the common áreas maintance. For example in the reception, the chairs are worn, the doors need to be repainted. The Metro is near 300 meters Guy Moquet station. It was confortable , simple and useful for our trip.
We've been in this hotel for 5 nights, through the sial fair in Paris. We ordered double room but with twin beds. When we got the room at 10pm (the whole day we've been in the fair), we got it with double king bad... I asked why, and the big Boss told me "because you ordered a double room", but anyway, the problem was fixed by receptionist(very nice guy). The room was terrible, clean but old and nothing in it... 1 chair 1 table, thats it... Total: All people who work there, are very nice and freandly, realy, nice staff. THE hotel toooooooo old, and it's not worth the price...maybe in Paris that's the prices, but it's to old hotel... as I sow the prices in reception, 190€per room reg.price... too old and bed meintaned hotel... The staff are kings ;)
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights this last month. The room we were given was small and in need of a little bit of TLC but on the whole it was a great stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating at all Time and they all spoke English. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily and the bed in out room was actually very very comfortable and clean. If you are planing a trip where you are going to spend a lot of time in this hotel, this may not be for you, however, for a tourist who will be out most of the day this hotel was a great and very affordable little find! Thanks!
I am stopping here for two days with my partner, the room is quite small but is modern. The view from the window gives a very old France feeling and the surrounding area is very welcoming. Would recommend.
I am in Paris every week. I have been staying in approx 10 hotels so far. All from very poor to good. This is the poorest. The staff is very friendly. But the rooms need renovation - urgently! Walls have spots. The closet is not really clean. The bathroom. Last renovated in the 60s I guess. The staircase is a mess. The entire hotel needs a A to Z fundamental renovation.
polite staff noisy level was very loud in the hotel Legendre price is good so finally i can say that it was good actually Paris is a supper city wonderful great city thank you to dear Paris for everyminute güler
The room was noisy in the weekend and the bed was quit hard and short for European people, but for the rest it was good. The personnel is kind and willing to help, the location is fine. The hotel is simple but a good place if you consider the money you pay for it.
