I stayed last night ( Oct29) and im very happy that they gave me a huge room. Very nice and clean. Very close to restaurants, shopping mall, coffee shops & metro. Samantha is very accomodating and friendly. Would highly recommend it. Thanks Samantha!

I stayed at the Opera D'Antin for 1 night on 6 October 2017. The room was cosy and comfortable and the receptionist, Samantha is a very friendly and helpful lady. Will stay there the next time I visit Paris.

Centrally placed hotel, tiny room a bit tired, with the most awkwardly located wardrobe imaginable. Wash basin lacking a plug, and tea making facilities not replenished (cup, tea, milk). The kettle caused all the electricity to fail, but the staff fixed it quickly and brought hot water pdq. So, so kind of place.

This hotel is perfectly situated for those who want to take the easy and inexpensive Roissy bus from CDG. (I find this a MUCH better option than taking the RER or metro which can involved lugging your suitcase up and down steps or dragging it a long way between corresponding stations -- some connections are actually a block or more away connected by tunnels.). What really surpised me was the staff. Such kind and friendly people, very easy to deal with, and ready to help you. I would suggest asking for a room away from the street but even those rooms are relatively quiet. This hotel is an excellent value and, although rated 3 stars, I would definitely stay there again.

Behind Galleries Lafayette - with obliging, helpful staff and very well appointed, quiet room. Couldn't ask for more in Paris. It suited us beautifully. Metro station only 100 metres. Easy to recommend !!👍👍

I stayed here for one night. The room was excellent. It had more space compared to other French hotels I had stayed at. Everything was very clean, and the location is close to many main Paris attractions. Also the woman at the reception, Samantha, was very helpful and kind. She speaks excellent English and she also tolerated my French. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights for our first trip to Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They spoke English well. We stayed on the top floor. The room was nice with more space than we expected. The bathroom was very large with a shower and a tub. The location was nice with lots of shopping around. Easy to get to metro and tourist attractions. Breakfast was simple, not huge like American breakfasts. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

I have stayed here before and it is a pleasant hotel to stay. Not expensive and a little tired, but still very pleasant, Reception staff were helpful and good (esp Maelle). We were upgraded to a suite as we were there for 4 nights but the room had an unpleasant odour so we moved to a smaller room (reception were good about it and sympathetic). Breakfasts were good, simple continental breakfasts with nice helpful staff. Location is great as it is close to the Metro, to attractions, shopping and sightseeing. I would stay again. Our son was also staying and he had no problems with the hotel or its amenities.

I stayed in this hotel one night for work and was really impressed. I was welcomed by Maëlle, a really helpful girl at reception who took the time to explain what to do. The hotel is very well located with its central position and Opera is a great place to stay. A big thank you to the cleaning service! Absolutely a place I will recommend!

The location of this hotel is ok. The room has very low ceilings, a bit claustrofobic. Toilet seat was worn out, very disgusting. And then there's the receptionist. At the check in she said we would have a nice view, but when we got in the room we could only see an inside wall. The only nearby parking available is about 5 minutes away and costs 42 euros per day. When we asked this recepionist the obviois question if there is a closer, less expensive parking available, she started laughing in our face. Not cool.
