We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from the 14th June. Met by very polite reception staff who was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. Good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast in the morning. Sat on the terrace as there was a nice breeze outside. Hotel very close to the train station and only 2 stops away from Disneyland. Only fault was that the air conditioning was waiting to be fixed but was able to sleep at night. Extra pillows in wardrobe if needed and room was made up everyday on our return. Would use this hotel if i was in the are again.

We were a group of 80 staying at the hotel and had a pretty good experience here. The hotel is close to the metro station and very handy to the outlet mall (one stop) and to Disneyland (two stops). For visiting the downtown of Paris, it is not that handy as it takes from 45 minutes to 2 hours (depending on the traffic). The breakfast was very adequate and the hotel accommodated us by providing us a hot breakfast prior to a very early departure to the airport which was great. My only complaint other than the distance to Paris (which the hotel can not help) is that we were charged 150 euro for a room to have pizza on our last night. I found that a bit steep given the number of rooms we had for three nights but the hotel is pleasant enough., Stayed April 2017, travelled with friends

Arrived late in the evening, asked for privilege room got it, once in the room I have found out that nothing is there. No privilege drinks - just one water. Cafe machine was in the room but no capsules, no sugar nothing. No extra cosmetics in bathroom that are usually in privilege room. When ask in reception where is mu privilege stuff I was told that sorry I don't have any of those items at my desk and that was it... And AC was not working - making lot of noise and not blowing cool air... I think it's time to switch different hotels network as this is not the first time I'm disappointed in mercure or novotel network.

My husband and I with our 1 year old daughter have checked into this hotel and can't be more disappointed! The female staff are so rude it's a disgrace! None of them seem to want to be there and any question you ask seems to be too much trouble to even bother! The kitchen isn't even open for dinner on Friday and Saturday! The air conditioner has been broken the whole time and they also have construction going on which was never mentioned. After not being able to sleep on arrival we go into the lift to find a small notice advising of this. We left today to go out and placed a "do not disturb" sign out the front as we didn't pack any of our things up and on our return the sign was placed inside our room and it had been made up with all our belongings touched!!! Absolutely furious with this! We didn't even bother complaining as they wouldn't care less and we would be waisting our time. The male staff were pleasant to deal with and the rooms are clean, still, I highly discourage you booking this hotel.

To say I had hopes is an under statement. That being said by 2000 at night my room still was not ready for occupation. I was asked to wait at the bar and they would get me a room when they could. Generally when a hotel fails this severely with reservations made months in advance you get offered an upgraded room that happens to be available or at least a discount. Do not attempt to stay here is one want to relaxing after a long day in the city.

Very good hotel & very special thanks to chef@ Delphine for very superb breakfast.tksm for special treatment & will be willing to come back soon. Rooms are also nice and well furnished with a nice view. Fresh fruits are also available.

Stayed here over Easter, as we were visiting Disneyland. This hotel is situated in a great location for Disney, and is certainly one of the more cheaper hotels to stay in around this area, however there is a reason for this... Let's start wIth the positives; - 2 stops away from Disneyland (5€ return adult) - Train station opposite hotel - Amazing bakery also opposite hotel - 30 minutes away from CDG Airport - Very clean rooms - Night staff on the bar very helpful - Fridge in room - Complimentray mineral water Negatives - INCREDIBLY rude reception staff - speak to you like you are stupid, and they have no clue what they are doing!! Please train your staff some basic customer service skills please. - Air con blows hot air, and windows open dangerously wide - not good when small children are about. - I was overcharged by double the amount of my stay. The reception staff didn't care, didn't even apologise. Absolutely appalling. - Uncomfortable bed, and to make it worse they only give you one flimsy pillow. Bedding also of poor quality. The worst night sleep I have had in a hotel, ever. - Wi-Fi may be free in the bedrooms, but wow isn't it bad. I ended up buying data for £3 a day off my phone provider. - No iron/ ironing board in room. When I rang reception to request one I was told to come downstairs to iron my clothes in reception as I couldn't use it in the room - excuse me?!?!? - Breakfast is WAY over priced for what it is, don't bother. Pop over to the bakery over the road for breakfast instead, you won't be disappointed. I really wish I payed slightly more to stay in one of the better hotels around Disney, as I have never came across such a badly managed hotel. I wouldn't return even if somebody paid me. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!!!!

Poor hotel experience from start to finish. Money was taken from my account 48 hours prior to my arrival which I thought was absolutely ridiculous and have never experienced this at any other hotel ever! When I went to checkout they couldnt find this payment they had taken even though I had proof and was a nightmare to sort! Even worse to this is that on my check out day I just happened to check my account and found they had taken even more money from my account!!!!! This meant I ended up paying over double for my stay?! In the room you only get one pillow which is ridiculous, I had to manoeuvre my quilt around my head to double up as another pillow as apparently reception had no spare pillows? Also, the room itself was unbearably warm. The air con or cooling system in the room is a waste of time and doesnt actually have any effect at all! I was hesitant to open the windows as they didnt have any restrictions to how wide they actually opened and my window was quite accessible from the outside. Breakfast is wildly overpriced and a complete waste of money - dont bother. Staff are arrogant and talk to you as if you are thick all around the hotel. Would rather get a sleeping bag and sleep rough then return here!! Avoid!

This is, verbatim, what I wrote on the Accor Hotels Facebook page. They have yet to respond "I have just arrived home after an overnight stay at the Hôtel Mercure, Marne la Vallée, Bussy St Georges. I can truthfully say it was far and away the worst night I have ever spent at an Accor hotel and actually one of the worst nights I have spent at a hotel, ever. We arrived quite late, having been delayed en route but the staff member who greeted us was great and very helpful. Whatever you are paying him - pay him more. The problems were really mainly with the room. It was far too hot when we arrived although that was easily solved by turning the heating down and opening the windows. My bed (the double) was as hard as iron and immensely uncomfortable. The duvet and pillows were of extremely poor quality - I have bought better from ATAC to use as cat beds - and the duvet in particular had 'bearded' within its cover, leading to thousands of little shards of plastic sticking through the cover and thence into ME. It was desperately uncomfortable. Add to this, that after a couple of hours of tossing and turning (when we had already arrived long after my usual bedtime anyway) I started ITCHING. Yes... I have sensitive skin, and whatever it is you are using to wash your bedlinen gave me an allergic reaction. Thank you so much - this reaction will give me 48 hours of irritation, which I could do without. Eventually I put my clothes back on and slept in them, with the exception of my pullover, which I used as a pillow. I think I eventually got to sleep around 5am. This is NOT good when one has a 3 hour journey to undertake the next day: it is frankly dangerous. Although I can see the advantage of having a lavatory separate from the bathroom area, it kind of helps if the space is given sufficient room to use easily. Allowing a 2 inch clearance between the door and the toilet seat itself - meaning you have to do a gymnastics routine worthy of the Olympic squad to get in and out - I would suggest is not achieving that. The added fun of being unable to avoid jabbing oneself in the posterior with the wall mounted toilet roll holder whilst engaged in these contortions merely confirms my suspicion that whoever designed this insane layout is lying about their architectural qualifications. Having a modern, allegedly hip, colour scheme, a washbasin so large you could use it for a small town regatta, and lots of brightly coloured disjointed box-style storage strewn around the room does not, believe me, make up for this fundamental design flaw. Breakfast, for the cost of it, was pretty bad. The coffee was undrinkable - out of a machine - the fruitjuices were of the diluted concentrate variety and the layout was badly organised. Fresh fruit consisted of the choice between a highly waxed Granny Smith apple and a banana. It is true that the croissants were freshly baked and warm and there was a good selection of pastries - however, not OK if you are trying to cut down consumption of white-flour baked goods... The choice of yoghurt was also pretty poor, composed of a couple of flavours of cheap branded fruit yoghurt or a deeply unappetising help-yourself bowl of natural yoghurt which I wouldn't touch with a bargepole as it was open to the atmosphere and therefore any scrofulous detritus coming from any scratching person walking past, to name but one possible contaminant. The irony of this is that I chose a Mercure to have a slightly more luxurious experience than I would had I opted for an Ibis Styles or an Ibis Budget. Frankly I have had a better night's sleep and a better breakfast offer at a £20 a night 'old lady' B&B than I did at this Mercure and I definitely will not be tempted to book it again; moreover I shall bombard every online review site of which I am a member with the full details of this horrific stay to deter others from having a similar experience. My husband is also quite angry that he used his loyalty points to book this room to give me a nicer stay than at the budget options. Smarten up your act. Please. Your staff, and the potentially beautiful location of this hotel are about the only things which are good about it just now. The rest is all penny-pinching 'style without function' posturing which frankly insults anybody daft enough to pay your inflated rates."

Hotel location was good for us, central to Bussy, next to the RER and close to Golf. Booked online so price ok, wouldn't pay rack rate not worth it. Room ok size ok , not cleaned one day. Breakfast basic , staff on reception helpful , late night staff bit functional , seemed a chore to serve a late drink despite seemingly having nothing else to do, bar prices ridiculous, cheaper bar 50 yards up road. As a basic place to stay it does the job but don't expect frills, would stay again.
