Avoid this hotel. Especially room 630. Invested with bed bugs. Was bitten over 50 times. Horrible stuffy room right in front of the bus stop. No aircon. Bathroon basin was blocked. Towels looked like floor rags. Really the low point of our holiday

Hotel located very near to Nord station, easy to travel other Europe countries, South Indian foods available near by the hotel, hop-on hop-off (Paris City tour bus) available near to the hotel, for tourist good place to stay.

Had Room 418. Floor not swept when arrived. Foisty smell from bathroom and toilet. No AC - fan working but had to open balcony door for airflow. 28 degrees heat when we arrived and as a busy street we hardly had any sleep all night. Had stone balcony with dirty glass, muck and fag butts. Toilet and bathroom separate - both were absolutely tiny with hardly any room to move - particularly once had a shower. Toilet extractor fan wasn't working - no fun sat in high temperatures!! Also had horrible drains smell - another reason for leaving the door open at night. Bathroom had a storage cabinet and hairdryer. Water pressure good and instant hot water. Floor space less than 6'. Only had a single wardrobe - no other storage space. 3 wall lights and 1 desk lamp - only 1 wall light worked. The only available plug socket was hanging off the wall and not fir for purpose, so we had no electrical plugs to use - no way to charge phone. 2 drinking glasses supplied were filthy. Safe locked and not accessible - had to get a safe lock from reception. Ongoing problems with the door fob. Customer service flippant at best. Only 2 pillows supplied. No mattress topper. Bottom sheet had small holes looking like cigarette burnholes. Top sheet was obviously clean but was badly marked. Clean towels supplied daily Breakfast was not worth 8.50 Euros. The most basic of continental fayre - no choice of flavoured yogurts (constantly natural), croissants and pastries, cereals, cheese and ham - although for 3 days there was not even any cheese. Very small breakfast area - often no clean plates to use - had to wait for them to be washed. Lift area also filthy, dusty and no cosmetic appeal whatsoever. Whole interior in dire need of redecoration and a deep clean. Reception area shabby, dusty and unwelcoming. Plants caked in dust. The breakfast room and reception area photos on the website must be from another hotel - they no way reflect the actual facilities. No seating area/lounge. This is simply the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. 1* at best. The only endearing feature is the closeness to the train station/metro and the bus stop immediately outside - but I would never stay here again - or recommend anyone else to.

We arrived around 11 pm from the airport, and our room wasn't cleaned, the bathroom was disgusting and they didn't have other available rooms or anyone to clean ours. We had to look for another hotel at 1am and were charged for that night in this hotel. You can find much better hotel nearby with the same price or lower.

This hotel is perfectly average. It's a super handy 4 minute walk from Gare du Nord train station (where there is also a metro station) and also a 30 second walk from the stop for the express bus to Disneyland Paris, which came in handy as we'd booked tickets including the express bus online. The rooms are small but okay and there's a working TV in each room - the stairs are a little treacherous if you're on the fourth floor. The bathroom is tiny and unfortunately the fan wasn't working in our bathroom which meant that it was really difficult to see when showering! The bathroom seemed a little tired and grubby. As it was very warm we also had to sleep with the windows open and the street outside was extremely noisy, meaning that we didn't get much sleep! Breakfast was fine however there's not a lot of space in the breakfast room meaning that you may have to wait to have your breakfast - this meant that, as we had bus tickets for Disneyland, we missed our breakfast one morning which was a shame! Overall, this is an okay hotel in a helpful location.

If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel with quick access to public transport and restaurants(the Italian place across the street is a must try), then this hotel is for you! However, don’t choose this place if you are looking to relax and chill out in your room all day because this is really a “quick stay” hotel… The rooms are nice and clean with an amazing view of the “Tour de Eiffel” [Eiffel tower] from the rooms balcony. We stayed in the family room and it was quite spacious however the bathroom was a bit small but it was fine compared to the European standards… I would recommend this hotel to families who want to have a place for couple of nights.

A group of 10 of us stopped for one night. Rooms small and basic but bed comfortable. Good for just sleeping. Problem with couple of door locks but moved to alternate rooms as soon as problem reported. Most of the group spoke russian so great when member of staff came to there aid. Really made a difference to our stay. Bus 42 brill. Saved us a fortune in taxis. Runs all the way to eithel tower. If you want a cheap cheerful hotel in great location I would definitely recommend this one.

It is my second time I have stayed three night (( 17 to 19 feb )). Friendly Staff Everything was perfect Congraatulations! For your hotel, I really had very good time. I will certainly come back again when I back to Paris next holiday🤗🤗

We stayed here 4 nights. We also had breakfast. It was ok, the basic but fresh and good. There was coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, cereals, jambon slices, cheese, jem and different types of croissants. The room itself was not very clean and pretty small. The bath was very tiny, I don't even know how a man could get in there. Also from bathroom there was a nasty smell. In the shower, it was hot water, and the room itself was warm. The towels were changed everyday. The staff was nice and kind. The spoke english, french and somebody even russian. For the price that we paid it was ok, because we had other priorities to spend money for, but wouldn't go again.

+ Very nice room decoration! + Small room with big and comfortable bed. + Very warm in the cold winter nights (we staied there from 2 to 6 of december 2014) + The breacfast was rich. + Just outside of the hotel is the Bus stop -SUPER. + Strong wi-fi conection +There is an elevator in the building. - The room could be cleaner... - Not enough hot water.
