First it’s misleading. They show picture of the lobby area very nice than when you go to your room. It’s very small stuffy very old they move us to room 17 it was better. Understand if they charge cheaper rates but they charge like five stars hotels. I do not recommend it to anyone

Immaculate condition, very friendly staff and it was the first hotel I have ever stayed at where I’ve been guided to the room and shown the amenities. Breakfast was extra, but worth the price.

I had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated how well they spoke English — it made everything so easy. The hotel was perfectly quiet at night, so I slept like a baby. I absolutely loved that all the bathroom amenities were L’Occitane products — such a luxurious touch! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Horrible hotel smoke/fire smell

Worst hotel ever! They had a fire the night before we arrived in the basement. Fire debris blocked the road in front of hotel for 2 days, and throughout our stay the hotel was stinking with char/fire/smoke smell. We complained many times and asked for the manager but nobody cares and the manager was nowhere to be seen! They gave us the Managers email to complain… instead of having the manager contact us and sort the mess!

We loved this hotel ! The front desk staff is so friendly and extremely helpful and spoke great English. The hotel decor is really cool and stylish and the rooms were really nice and super clean. If I were back in Paris I would definitely stay there again. Also, the buffet in the morning is amazing. The spa is also great. Overall they do a great job at this hotel And treat guests exceptionally.

Location was good . Walking distance to metro. Breakfast was excellent and very high quality. My only negative was the shower was not separate in our room but my parents did have a separate shower. Photos didn’t show our room and I would have asked for a room with a separate shower. Rooms were nice and clean.

As an advent traveller the hotel was perfect for my needs. Yes the room was a bit small but we are in Paris so it’s expected. The front desk staff were exceptional and very friendly. They made our stay more enjoyable. The cleaners did a thorough job and the upkeep of all amenities were exceptional. We were walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend.

Spent 3 nights, hotel was well maintained, room was great with large walk in shower, balcony was nice to sit out on, only downside was the cigarette smoke rising up from outdoor garden area, only ate breakfast at hotel, good choice and staff attentive. The young lady at the reception was extremely helpful, pleasant and happy to assist ( sorry name alludes me) we enjoyed our stay, thank you very much.
