Great neatly appointed room, lots of plug sockets, a tempur pillow amongst others, a direct usb charging port, lovely lighting and mirrors and a comfy bed. There is aircon so you can adjust the temperature as you wish. I was on a higher floor so the street noise was barely there and the blinds very effective in keeping out daylight. The shower room was beautifully tiled and styled. The breakfast spot on: cold meats and cheeses, freshly squeezed orange, fancy loose teas and lovely confiture options. The lady who runs with breakfast clearly takes pride in it. I would get it included in the room price though as it is €15 on its own. Simple, stylish and straightforward
I rarely give it an all stars as I often found small flaws in the details of the running of hotels. But this time it's the attention to the little details that wowed me. As a frequent traveller... I loved the international plug and USB ports integrated to the wall, the excellent choice of Nuxe for toiletries and the (in room) Nespresso machine! Comfortable bed, spacious room (504) with court view (very quiet). Finally while waiting for my pickup at reception, the nice receptionist offered me complementary refreshments and magasines! I recommend and will gladly return.
We really enjoyed out stay, we arrived after midnight and had no issue checking in. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was very nicely decorated, I believe the hotel has recently been renovated. The room was bigger than I expected with a spacious bathroom. Hairdryer in the room was very good and there was soap and a nuxe hair and body wash. There was a mini bar in the room and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was good, nothing too fancy but it was perfect for us. A selection of cold foods, fruit, cheeses, cereal, bread etc and there was also was also sausages and scrambled eggs. The location was excellent, very nice neighbourhood walking distance to the champes elysees. 30 mins to both the louvre and the Eiffel tower, although we used uber and the metro to get around both very affordable. I hope to stay in this hotel again.
The Hotel is a very nice place, well located, with good lights and designs, the desk and reception are very reactive and try their best to meet your expectations. I had the room I was looking for (after a mistake leading me to a first room... a little bit annoying...) but I spent a great night in a very cute room. The only thing is to double check the bedsheets, in fact, mine very a bit dirty (maybe caused to a not very good dry cleaner - the white bedsheets had some yellow/brown “souvenirs”) and there were mini bar in the room so I had to drink the water from the bathroom... Sometimes, things really needs to be double checked because it’s not creating the right client experience for a hotel positioned as this one.
This hotel was booked as part of a package and proved to be the best hotel I've stayed in whilst in Paris over a number of years. It was in a quiet location and yet had easy access to two nearby Metro stops and restaurants which were frequented by locals as opposed to those simply geared to the tourist trade. The reception staff were, without exception, so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a typical continental spread: juices, cereals, fruit, cheese, ham, coffee and an assortment of teas. Our room was surprisingly big for a city centre hotel with plenty of wardrobe space, power points and a large television. The only slight issue we encountered was the shower screen was not a good fit and water leaked out onto the floor. The wifi was free and reasonably reliable. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend who is looking for Parisian accommodation next Easter.
Really nice welcome by the staff, an upgrade helped ! Funky room, quiet, slept well. Lolly treats too, All good. I work nearby but the hotel is closed to Opera, shops and restaurants so good for tourism as well.
A small hotel in a beautiful part of Paris close to many attractions of the city and underground station. The hotel is clean and the staff is polite and kind. My room was so nice with everything you need, the colours of the wall are fantastic and the bathroom have a big shower.
This is a 3-star hotel but its hardware, the room and amenities, easily surpass most 4-star establishments. Safe deposit box, large TV, minibar, real coffee machine plus separate kettle, state-of-art shower, very good Internet, are all there in a very modern and well-decorated spacious room. The lobby even serve coffee and croissant free. The location is in a good area but not the most convenient, about 12 minutes walk to Opera and 8 to St Lazare. One of Paris's best choice depending on the actual rate. In Paris I have used nearly 100 hotels from 3-star to Mandarin Oriental and Park Hyatt. This hotel ranks very high on my return list
I am so glad i stayed at this hotel, it's right in the center of Paris. Great location to walk everywhere, metro station is very near too, bars, les Champs Elysées, Arc de Triumph It allowed me to visit a lot of places in just two days. The service was excelent and the hotel was recently remodeled. The hotel and specially the rooms they've a great sense of style and design. Everybody was really kind. I am happy 100% and I'll make sure to book again there when I go back!
Where to begin with this awful place...the walls are paper thin between rooms, I heard every word of conversation each night from my neighbors, and they weren't talking at an unreasonable level. I reserved two rooms for me and my friend, we both had our 'do not disturb' placards on our doors, we were travelling abroad and didnt want someone in our rooms with access to our things - the hotel ignored the signs and cleaned the rooms anyways, and hid the dnd placards. When I called the front desk to ask why they ignored their own signs, she stated they checked to see if we were sleeping first and they didnt see the problem since we werent there, I then read them the language that is on their dnd door signs which states 'i do not want my room cleaned' - she said sorry and hung up. Then there's the 'room service' - after decades of travel, I've never seen anything so awful. I ordered a beef dish with potato salad and a soda, which costed about $40 US - what I received was some rolled up cold lunch meat and potato salad so vinegary it was inedible, it was in a plastic container as if they got the meal from a convenience store take out, this was bad food for the US, let alone Paris, maybe the worst food I've ever had anywhere, and for an outrageous price. The a/c in my room would shut off for no reason intermittenly and the unit made some horrendous noises as if it was leaking water. While the location is great, this was my worst hotel stay of all time, stay somewhere else, anywhere else.
