We booked to stay at the Garden Elysee Hotel for our first wedding anniversary going via a recommendation from a friend and are very pleased with our choice. The hotel is a great location, so close to the Eiffel Tower, Arc d'Triomphe and Champ Elysee. The hotel knew we were celebrating and so gave us a corner room which was slightly larger and it was really well received. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and was a perfect place for our stay. The only thing we had trouble with was the temperature of the room, it seemed to be very warm and we could not adjust this however we did not ask the hotel staff how to do this to be fair. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area as it was very good. The reception staff were also extremely helpful in arranging taxis for us.
In a lovely private street and truly a garden as we are surrounded by trees and lovely plants. The front desk was super friendly. Room cleaned daily and thoroughly. Close to champs elysees and the Eiffel tower. We walked around as it was so close. Next door is a small supermarket and a few meters from a laundromat. Spent 3 nights. Only issue is the loud plumbing otherwise a good stay
This hotel is unusually quiet because it's located in the center of the block. The entrance through a tunnel is ~40 meters from the street. The hotel offers a comfortable courtyard to enjoy drinks. Happy hour offers 3 Euro per glass of wine--a bargain in Paris. The hotel is clean, modern and the wifi works very well. There are several very nice places to eat just north toward Victor Hugo. The Eiffel tower is an easy walk away. Breakfast includes the usual French suspects, croissants, great coffee, freshly squeezed OJ, gracious hosts, etc.
We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It has a private parking area for around 5 cars at the front and is situated in a nice and quiet area of central Paris. Room is clean and modern. There's a small bar with an outdoor terrace that is open until midnight on the ground floor. Can't really expect anything better for the price we paid (around £200 per night excluding parking). Staff are friendly and professional. Last but not least, there's also a Carrefour City right next to the hotel.
There are not many times that I can truly say that our hotel stay was an absolute delight; but on this occasion at Hotel Garden Elysee I can confidently say it was! From the moment we arrived, which happened to be mid-morning we were pleasantly greeted at reception and told our room was ready and available........perfect. After a early morning flight and even earlier airport check-in, how pleased we were to get into our room so quickly. Our room was a good size by European standards, not huge but neither small and nice and clean. Breakfast was included on our rate - a simple yet adequate food choice, although buffet the waiting staff were more than willing to help in any way they could. All the reception staff were friendly, helpful and informative, we had several general chats throughout our stay - something not often experienced in the larger hotels. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and many thanks to all the staff that made it so! Would we stay again..........of course we would (and will).
First time to Paris and with all the many overwhelming choices we finally decide on Garden Elysee Hotel..and it was the right choice..clean cozy and quiet in the perfect location near all the famous and iconic sights of Paris..breakfast is not complimentary but very good and was always fresh in a cozy setting..would very much recommend this hotel that has a personal touch attached!
Visited with my partner, for a weekend City break. The hotel is a short walk from the Trocadero tube stop (amazing views of the Eiffel Tower), and is tucked away up a side street away from the busy streets but still in close proximity to the Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe. The staff were very helpful, the rooms modern & comfortable & the bar & garden area are lovely & quiet. Great hotel & good value!
Well designed and appointed rooms, helpful and courteous staff, delicious buffet breakfast, walled in outdoor garden off the lobby for reconnoitering with our friends and family after a busy day of seeing the splendors of Paris--made the Garden Elysee a happy part of our wonderful memories of Paris.
When discovering Paris, this place is a great starting point: nicely furnished- (and the biggest, but this is Paris) rooms, very good breakfast and staff that is always willing to help. Some good restaurants close to hotel, supermarket round the courner, subway 5 minutes away. Walking distance to Champs Elysees and Tour de Eiffel. Overall: very good value, clean, friendly.
Located on a quiet street with grocery store next door and metro access 5 minutes away. The main hotel is recessed from the main street making it even quieter. Pleasant staff especially Fernando at the Front Desk and Josephine in the Breakfast room. Nice Breakfast too. Will certainly stay again!!
