The location of this hotel is good, not too far of a walk from the Eiffel Tower, however, I found that most of the restaurants within walking distance were not great, very touristy and expensive. The size of the room was good, very spacious, the bathroom was a good size by Paris standards. The coffee bar was ok, nothing special. Now, as far as customer service, my experience was very poor. This hotel is rated as a four star hotel and I believe I have received much better customer service from hotels with far lower ratings and pricing. The day we arrived and checked in, the staff did not make me or my family feel welcomed, they did not go over connecting to wifi, or make known any of the amenities available. Since I booked the room through Expedia, the reservation included a complimentary bottle of wine. Well, let's just say the hotel made it very difficult and unpleasant to redeem the complimentary wine voucher. I think it would have been best to just place the bottle in the room from the very beginning, instead of expecting the guest to chase around staff with a little coupon, that they will in turn act like they don't know what it is, and ask "what do you want?", in the most annoyed tone ever. The wine voucher was passed around to three different staff members before some guy went to the back of the bar and gave me my tiny bottle of wine. One night we spotted a mouse walking on the lobby bar counter.
