Location of the hotel great, really close to metro station and not far from Sacre Coeur. Our mattress wasn't very comfortable and both of us struggled to sleep on it at different points. Breakfast consisted of Croissants, Eggs, Yogurt, Fruit (Which on several days was waxy and shriveled) and hot drinks - wasn't really worth the money. The room as a whole was okay, had a double bed, working shower, ensuite, a desk, wardrobe and a really nice balcony but no safe.

Near Gare du Nord and metro station, walking distance to everything. Nice, clean hotel. Friendly reception staff. Nice breakfast. The noise of the plumbing was a big problem, I could hear everybody flushing the toilets.

Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us find dinner reservations and parking. The rooms were great for each of us and the breakfast was even suitable for my search for gf, boiled eggs, .cheese, yogurts, fruit and coffee. They took great care to help with my disability needs. For a little budget hotel it gave a wonderful service.

We stayed at the hotel as a last minute reservation on a one night trip to Paris. There was no safe in the room but I thought it would be safer to leave my £ in the room rather than carry unnecessary cash out at night. My mistake! I didn't even think to check if it was still in my bag until on the train heading back to London. I don't speak French unfortunately and figured it was too late to report it to the police. So I emailed the hotel 3 times without a response. The room was definitely locked each time we left so I guess it had to be a staff member. Bad enough that it happened but really frustrated by lack of management response.

This hotel overlooks the Square D Anvers we stayed on the 6th floor in a family room the view from the balcony was fantastic with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were great they could not be more helpful. English was spoken. The buffet breakfast was basic but good for the price. A great budget hotel in Paris, clean and friendly.

Arrived early and was not feeling well as had a cold, staff gave me the room before normal check in time which i really appreciated as i could rest. Room was old but not bad. Bed was comfortable enough. Wifi worked well in the room. Shower went hot, although one morning it was not too hot as i think everyone was showering at the same time. Noise can be heard from rooms above, but during sleeping time hotel was quiet. Heating in the room was good to the point that i had to turn the dial down. Good hotel for the amount i paid and location was close to things of interest and close to a metro line.

We stayed there twice. The first time on the first floor, the second time on the fifth floor. It has a nice view of the eiffel tower but the bad had something weird that gave my boyfriend allergies. Clean room and bathroom.

Great position for all attractions very clean rooms good size and in quite location . breakfast very good for price some staff need to learn to smile but no complaints at all have stayed there 4 times.

This hotel was in an excellent position. We walked to Montmartre each morning from the hotel, it took about five minutes (took us longer because of the shops on the way!) Although there is nothing fancy about this hotel, it certainly felt 'French'. It had a beautiful, carved wood staircase and the room had a window with a Juliette balcony overlooking the rear courtyard and adjoining properties-very 'Film Noir'! The bath had a stain around the plughole because it was a large, original, enamel bath. It was not caused by dirt but perhaps it was what people who have written negative reviews about this place would notice and comment on. The breakfast buffet was about 7 Euros each day. Although continental, it offered a lot of variety including boiled eggs, apple puree, yoghurts and croissants. There also unlimited hot drinks and juices. Looking at the cost of the 'set' breakfasts at nearby restaurants, the hotel seemed good value for money. It is close to the train station. Make sure you join the taxi queue if arriving by train. We were approached by 'taxi drivers' who offered to drive us to the hotel for 50 Euros. This seemed expensive and we declined and joined the queue. The fare was 7 Euros. We also went on a river cruise. We took the metro(at the end of the road) going, and got a taxi back. It cost 10 Euros, which seemed remarkably cheap considering how long we were in the taxi for. I have stayed in Paris many times in other locations which I have not returned to. However, we are already planning to return in Spring to this hotel with our daughters. We loved the hotel and we loved the location.

You get what you pay for. I had to extend my stay in Paris by couple of days and the hotel i was staying in was booked out. The rooms in this hotel were available. The room rent was 90ish Euro/night for on the spot booking which is very good. But it ends there. The lift is so small that only 1 person and 2 bags can go. The room we stayed in had a weird lemony sell. The bed was not so good. The only good this the location. 2 metro stations are close by. Choose wisely. :)
