I have been Reading Some of the reviews before booking the hotel. It was rather cheap for geneve standards and I thought I would give it a try in spite of the not overenthousiastic reviews. It was much nicer than I thought. Very friendly staff, quiet clean room.it is not the standard unpersonal kind of room but Nice enough. Breakfast basic but everybody is getting to fat anyway. So if you want a value for money hotel, Well located: go!

Stayed here for the May bank holiday, this hotel is within walking distance of loads of tourist attractions which is ideal. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, our room was small but it was fine for the time we spent there. We didn't have breakfast included in our stay so didn't eat here but the food looked nice

The room was small but clean and comfortable. There was no view but we weren't there to spend time in the room. There were plenty of places to eat nearby and it was convenient for the Metro and other stations and within walking distance of most of the sights. Fairly good value for the money.

Location was really great. There is 3 metro (subway) stations very close to the hotel and you can easily use these stations for your trip all around the city. Cleaning of the room was satisfactory. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was not furnished as seen from photos on internet. Each room at the same floor has a different geometry and size. Your room was depend on your chance because all of them are same price and you cannot choose. Paying same money for different type of rooms were not fair. Our room was had the smallest shower I ever saw. The shower was small even for the Paris.

That hotel is not very good .they say they r 3 stat but They did not give a single drinking water. Only the location is nice its near to central of paris . Rooms r clean but very small . That why i give it 50× 50

We stayed here for 2 nights. We walked to most tourist attractions though the train station and metro are very nearby. The hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants etc. The higher the floor the better you are as it can be noisy- we were on floor 4 which was ok. The rooms are small but contain everything you need for a short stay. We went out for breakfast as it was quite expensive in the hotel and this way meant we could where and when we wanted. The room could have been done with a kettle as I had to go out each morning to buy a cuppa.

This is a quaint and basic little hotel in an excellent location. Clean but small, compact rooms and the staff are friendly. A major drawback is no air con and it gets very hot but this is dependant on the rooms and where they face. We had two rooms, one was doable but the ther www sweltering and there was a lot of noise from outside .However, the price and location are really hard to beat if you are desperate to spend some time in Paris on a budget. The main attractions are easy to reach as there is a major railway and metro station steps from the hotel and there is a great range of affordable cafes locally .

We stayed at the hotel only for one night because we needed to catch a train from Saint Lazare train station which is on the other side of the road. The hotel altogether is fine: the room is quite small with basic forniture and the bathroom is new and extremely clean with a full range of amenities including a sponge for every customer. We travelled in a particularly hot week in Paris, the rooms don't have air-con but only a fan and leaving the window open is an option if you are not a light sleeper since the street nearby is quite busy being next to a busy station. I would say it is more a winter hotel for a short stay rather than a summer gateway. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Where to begin? There is no pool as advertised, no ventilation or air conditioning at all- and this was during the peak holiday time in August and it was scaldingly hot every day. There was a fan provided BUT it was seriously unsafe the way it was plugged into the wall- the socket was loose and there was a big hole in the wall behind the socket, which could have killed anyone- glad we didn't have kids with us! The toilet had cracks in it, as well as the shower on the floor. The shelf above the sink had collapsed early in the week, and wasn't fixed. My girlfriend's sister almost collapsed from nearly fainting in the bathroom after a hot shower, this happened because of no ventilation in the bathroom! Resulting in only cold showers. The toilets were held together with duct tape and always when flushed, almost flooded the bathroom. With the heat, we had to sleep with the windows open and this caused problems as there was constant sirens and noises from the construction site across the road- and they kept waking us up at 6 in the morning! The bedrooms were not cleaned right, no clean towels the whole week we stayed and the sheets were never changed. The breakfast? NOT worth 4 euros, let alone 13! We were told there was all types of breakfast foods, including bacon, beans and mushrooms but none of these were available and nobody was around to even ask to sort this. I was also ill cos of this breakfast food that WAS available (and it was the only food I had so don't say it was from elsewhere). Then when we checked out, we got hit with the city tax, which was never explained to us at any point of the trip, and we almost couldn't pay it. My advice? Run for the hills before going to this hotel.

We've chosen the hotel for its location near the conservatory and music shops. The staff is very nice and friendly, rooms are a bit small but comfortable and cosy, the bathroom was clean. The location is good. A few mins walk to Saint Lazzare station and bus stops. Walking distance to Monmartre and Sacre Cœur. Very close to the conservatory and the opera. Totally recommend if you are a musician or interested in music.
