Great stay in Paris

Staff were great as is the location. A short walk from Champs-Élysées and the Arc du Triomphe. It is a boutique hotel so if you’re looking for an Hilton sized room it’s not for you. The bathroom was clean and a good size and the main room was cozy. There are lots of restaurants off the beaten path around the hotel or hit the main strip for a more touristy vibe. Short walk to the Metro.

The Staff were All friendly, and accomodating to me and in particular to my sister and friend, who through no fault of their own, found in their first night in Paris at 8 p.m. without accomodation. The lady on duty was more than helpful in accomodating them for the next 4 nights.

A lovely renovation to an old hotel - giving it a quirky style. Good value for the location in Paris for a couple of nights. Nice area with some nice Bistros near by and stones through to Champs Elysee. Need to get Google Maps updated though. Street view gives a very old picture which might deter prospective guests as it shows the boarded up previous hotel. 😳

The hotel is on a narrow street a block or two from the Champs-Élysées, so much more quiet. Inside it has pleasantly old-fashioned fixtures with modern updates (temperature control, television). They serve breakfast every day (not included), but there are lots of cafés and bakeries close by. The staff is very helpful (and they were patient with my rusty French - though they speak English), 100% satisfied, They're familiar with the neighborhood and what it has to offer, and they're cheerful too. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Paris.

Room was really nice! A bit on the small side but it’s all you need for a few days stay and you do have the option to upgrade. Staff were so so friendly and helpful! Loved the decor of the place. Really quiet hotel for a good sleep and also a very good location for food spots, shopping ect and good transport links. Would definitely come back to this hotel if we come back to Paris.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay here. The staff were outstanding, warm and very helpful, the decor of the hotel was beautiful and ideally located to walk to local areas. Our room was the perfect size and the bathroom was stunning. We were able to use their bag drop to explore on our last day, and also we were able to sit and have a coffee before going back to the Eurostar, something we all appreciated! I highly recommend this hotel and will be back in the future.

"I experienced a serious breach of privacy with room service. A staff member (female) entered my room unannounced – no knock, no waiting for me to open the door. She wasn't apologetic at all. In fact, when I confronted her about this unacceptable behavior, she was rude..i felt unSAFE"

Nice place to stay near the Champs-Elysee.

I went to Paris to see Stage 21 of the Tour De France. This property is located close to Gare du Nord train station and easy to get to by subway. It is located two blocks from the Champs-Elysee. A two-three minute walk and you're right in the action. There's a little grocery store on the next block if you want to buy things for your room. The neighborhood is peaceful at night and safe. I got good sleep. A lot of Parisian type restaurants within walking distance. There's also some American fast food. I went here on a solo trip and I had a blast. This place is great! If you're going to Paris to experience Paris and not hang in the hotel room, this is your spot. It was also nice to be able to come back to the room and drop things off, use the restroom, and then venture out again. Plenty of things to do on the Champs-Elysee.
