its just disappointment experience, its dirty and small room and on top of that , the bathroom stink it smells like sewer all the time , i talked to the front desk and she change to a different room with the sink clogged they had to come more than time to fix it , they didn't offer me anything to make it up for me , the carpet is dirty and you can smell the smoke in your room even if you reserve non-smoking room. just waste of money don't even go there .

Staffs are very friendly and good . I love this location. It is 30 mins far from Eiffel Tower, railway station Gare lyon . To go to Eiffel Tower we need to take bus no 30 and to go to The louvre we need to take bus no 95. It's direct bus .

From the time you check in you can tell that you will have a good stay, the well trained staff will welcome you with a warm hospitality and make you feel home away from home especially if it’s Katia or Manvel who are always greeting the guests and very happy to help and thanks to both for making my stay such unforgettable and they will make me return to this place. The location in Montmartre destruct is great with close proximity to metro, shopping and dining area. Don’t forget to visit the church walking distance away. The breakfast was good with a one lady serving but I can say she is a hero very fast and so efficient whom If i recall correctly her name was Audre. I was here for business and amazing value for money as for the same facilities you would usually pay double. The toiletries and amenities in the rooms are just high end and same of what you get in 5 stars hotels. I sincerely thank the team for making my stay a great one and I highly recommend this place.

We visited Paris for a few days to celebrate my birthday. On arrival, the lady on reception was warm and welcoming. She went through everything with us- the places to visit, how to get there, hints and tips with two very handy maps! Throughout our stay the two members of staff on reception where out of this world helpful! Even booking a local French restaurant for us on our first night. They couldn’t of been more helpful. Our room was pleasant (executive room) with dressing gowns and slippers on arrival. The breakfast wasn’t great, however you had the basics that I guess people would want/need. The staff were attentive during breakfast. I honestly would highly recommend this hotel if you want easiness and kindness on your trip. It is set in the hills of Montemarte and only a short walk (uphill) to Sacre Couer which was absolutely beautiful!!! We took an uber to all the major tourist attractions which did not cost a lot at all. Although this hotel is slightly north of all the major attractions, it’s set on a road that is very rustic, it is still easy to get to anywhere you want to. As I said before, the two receptionists made our trip!!! Would 1000% recommend!!!!!

No complimentary bottles of water in the room. No toothbrush in the bathroom I was expecting a bit more, for 200 euros per night ! I have the chance to travel around the world, and fortunately the quality, the rooms and the services are much better abroad ! Otherwise i would have quit IHG long time ago... Next time in Paris, i will use AirBnb

I was in Paris for the night and stayed here. The hotel is clean and the room is decent sized if you're travelling solo. The staff were very good and polite, sorting out taxis and were really helpful overall. The breakfast was fairly standard and nothing major to report. Location wise there are some good restaurants near by.

Standard Holiday Inn, on edge of Montmartre only 10 mins walk to restaurants, about same to Place de Clichy metro and 20 mins to Sacre Coeur. Quiet side street if that’s important to you. Clean, quiet and good value for money

Staff were very helpful and with the added bonus of hotel parking facilities close by made this an ideal hotel for a short break in Paris. Tube station was 15 minutes walking distance which was also convenient. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but not mind blowing and the so called bar and lounge area was non existent. I would not rate this hotel as 4 stars but 3.5 stars.

We just came back from a 7 night stay at this great location on a residential street. We felt like locals the whole time roaming through the streets near Damremont. Our room was on the 6th floor and split into two bedrooms, which was necessary given we have two preteens tagging along. Each room had very comfortable beds (we did not want to get up...), a clean bathroom and even a fridge! We skipped out on the hotel breakfast to explore the nearby bakeries and markets, wanting to feel a bit more like residents. What I truly appreciated most of all, was the great service provided the by the staff. We got in early and the room was available by 10:00 AM, perfectly clean and comfortable for weary travelers coming from the States. Can't say enough about Manvale, Iryna, Al (superstar), and Margie. They went above and beyond, always cheerful and willing to help at all times with maps and directions. My family would certainly stay here again on our next stay in the gorgeous Montmartre. Truly an unforgettable trip. Merci a vous!

I stayed at this hotel from 17-22 November. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet residential area of Paris, close to the Sacré-Cœur, Pigalle and the Moulin Rouge. Booking the room was simple and straightforward using the IHG app on my iPhone. Check-in was swift and so was check-out. The rooms are OK, perhaps a little small and dated. My room on the 6th floor (606) was quite dated, with the wallpaper peeling off in some areas. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast at the hotel was good. The main issue that I had was the room and service in the restaurant. I did not find service at breakfast particularly welcoming and the staff didn't like the fact the I wanted to take 2 pieces of fruit back up to my room with me. Seriously? I paid nearly 1000 Euros for 5 nights and they didn't like to see a guest take 2 piece of fruit with them up to their room. Very odd indeed. Also, as a Spire Elite Ambassador I did not get the automatic upgrade that I was entitled to. Now I found this quite disappointing as every other Holiday Inn that I have stayed at provides this upgrade without any discussion and debate. In summary, this is a above average hotel but it did not really feel like a real Holiday Inn, it felt more like a franchise managed in a mediocre way.
