The staff was amazing, we showed up way before checkin and they still made us so welcome and helped us get settled in. In comparison to other Paris hotels I have stayed in, the room was larger than normal as was the bathroom! My teenage son, my husband and I stayed together quite comfortably!

Comfortable hotel in great location

I stayed at this hotel twice. First time was last time. The front desk staff is very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel is situated in an ideal location, only a couple of minutes of Gambetta station. Next door there’s a very nice Brasserie that’s serves food, coffee and alcohol drinks. There’s many food options near by. The price was relatively affordable for the center of Paris. I recommend this hotel.

The bed was warm and comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, the bathroom very convenient. I'm glad I could open the window to freshen the air. The hotel is in a good location for walking to restaurants, shops and other special places, and also for transportation to other parts of Paris. The staff was friendly and helpful. My sons and I came to Paris to visit their uncles primarily and were happy to find this hotel within walking distance of their place.

Okay for one night.

The location was great and although the space in the room was small it was clean and had everything we needed (except perhaps a safe for valuables? The problem was it was just so noisy it was almost impossible to sleep. The bar/restaurant below our window was lovely until the small hours and even when that had closed I was kept awake by doors opening and closing outside my room and the sound of feet moving up and down the wooden-floored corridor. It was quite hot in the room too and there is no fan or a/c so you had to choose between more noise or more heat. This hotel would definitely benefit from soft closed doors and carpeted corridor and fans in the rooms. It cost nearly £200 for one night. I don't think it was worth it, but I guess these are Paris prices in Olympic season.

Chambre minuscule, trois étages sans ascenseur, escalier étroit. Si vous logez dans une chambre qui donne sur la rue, je vous souhaite bien du plaisir pour réussir à dormir. Si vous fermez la fenêtre, vous étouffez, et si vous l'entrebaillez, même avec un double vitrage, entre le bruit de la rue et les hurlements des consommateurs jusqu'à 2 heures du matin à la terrasse du bistrot en bas de l'hôtel, il est impossible de dormir. Très Décevant et cher en rapport qualité/prix.

Je suis assez déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, l’accueil du personnel a été froid et peu professionnel, ce qui ne met pas vraiment en confiance. La chambre n’était pas particulièrement propre, ce qui est déjà un point très négatif. La salle de bain pose également problème : aucune pression dans la douche, rendant son utilisation compliquée, et un vrai souci d’intimité avec du vis-à-vis au niveau de la fenêtre. De plus, la porte de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas correctement, ce qui est franchement gênant. Autre point décevant : l’hôtel ne propose pas de bagagerie, ce qui est peu pratique lorsqu’on arrive en avance ou que l’on repart tard. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience est décevante et ne correspond pas aux attentes que l’on peut avoir pour ce type d’établissement. Des améliorations importantes sont nécessaires.
