Overall, the apartment was very clean, luxurious, and the service was excellent. The space itself was beautiful and well maintained, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms that had very high-end showers and sinks. However, one important detail was not clearly stated: there is only one toilet in the entire apartment. The two bathrooms attached to the rooms only have a shower and sink, but no toilet, so everyone has to share the single toilet located in the common area. For an apartment advertised as having two and a half bathrooms, this was quite inconvenient and something guests should be clearly informed about in advance. Another downside was the location. The area becomes very lively at night with many bars and people gathering to drink, which created quite a lot of noise and made it difficult to sleep. Aside from these points, the apartment itself was beautiful and well kept, and we enjoyed the stay overall.

The apartment is in a great central location, with very easy access to transport links and major attractions, which made getting around Paris extremely convenient. The building itself is modern and well located, which is definitely a big plus. However, we did experience a few minor but disappointing issues, mainly with housekeeping. We found stained towels, our clothes were left on the floor after cleaning, and we even noticed old toenail clippings, which was quite unpleasant and not what you’d expect at this price point. The team does respond fairly quickly to any queries, which we appreciated, but overall, considering the cost, I think I would prefer to stay in a hotel next time for a more consistent level of service and cleanliness.
