This was property is luxurious, clean, well appointed and better than a five star hotel.I stayed here with my two adult children and their girlfriends. We were six adults and had plenty of space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a metro stop right in front of the apartment building. The location is convenient to so many areas and sights. The check in process was easy and convenient with someone meeting us there upon arrival with keys and instructions. Every morning we had coffee and breakfast in the flat before we started our day. The air conditioning was a life saver as we were there during the heat wave at the end of May. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. I visit Paris often and this stay exceeded my expectations.

A terrific few days in Paris! My wife and two adult daughters stayed at the property for four nights. The location is very convenient to the Opera, Museums, Latin Quarter and St-Germain Des Pres. Metro is also nearby. The property was very well kept and offered plenty of room for the four of us. Nicolas and Andrea were very responsive and we would not hesitate to stay here on our next visit to Paris.

We had an outstanding stay at this Vrbo. Our host was exceptional from start to finish. He was very accommodating by allowing us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long trip. When we arrived, he had wine and snacks waiting for us, a thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately welcome. He also provided an excellent information book with detailed recommendations and helpful tips for the neighborhood, transportation, and local attractions. It was one of the best guidebooks we’ve received at any vacation rental. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during our stay in Paris. The location was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the apartment as our home base while exploring the city.I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you for helping make our trip such a memorable one!
