This 70-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric kettle, sink, toaster, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, drip coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machine for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
Both bedrooms are street-facing and are furnished with queen beds with a high-quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two bathrooms accessible via the hallway with showers, toilets and sink, equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
