Property is centrally located around every essential needs like grocery stores, restaurants and gift shops. It’s a five minute walk to Eiffel Tower and 10 minute walk to the Seine River and the Big Bus Paris Tour if you have any tours planned. The staff and manager, Ro’bert was very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we requested. It felt like home away from home. Clean rooms, air conditioning and breakfast for a fee but we never ate breakfast because of sleeping in. Whenever we visit Paris again The Eiffel Yard Hotel will be our place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the Eiffel Yard hotel May 20-23, 2026. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants as well as 2 metro stations. Very convenient for visiting all the Paris attractions! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful on check in. Any time we passed by the desk we received a warm bonjour and they asked about our days plans. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we return to Paris.
