Perfect Size and Location

The property is as described, we loved that it had washer/dryer and enough space for us 4 friends … some things to consider is that the above unit is also a rental and we experienced noisy neighbors during our stay. The street does/can get noisy as well … we just used a sound machine and it helped drown out the noise. Also , a very particular smell like of sewage or standing water but it went away after a bit of running air conditioning… the RER line station is walking distance away.
