Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Pire logement

C'est de loin le pire logement où on est restés. Nous avons réservé 3 nuits , nous y sommes restés une seule nuit. Nous avons pris un autre logement. Devant l'immeuble c'est sale , à l'intérieur on dirait un squat. Le logement était sale , pas de serviettes, pas de papier toilette. La table a mangé était cassé. Le logement est très petit , ça doit faire 12m2 avec une cuisine , le canapé lit , la petite salle de bain . 4 étage à monter dans ascenseur. Personne ne nous a avertis. Je voyageais avec ma mère de 60 ans. Impossible pour elle de monter et descendre toutes ces marches. Le propriétaire ( qui est d'une agence ) ne répondait pas. En plus de ça ils prennent 400€ de caution pour ce logement c'est une grosse blague et j'espère que je serais remboursé de ce montant J'ai demandé le remboursement des nuits ce qui a été refusée par le propriétaire. Je déconseille fortement cet hébergement.
