Bright and sunny
Apartment has nice size bedrooms but really only 1 bathroom. Stairs are steep and problematic when getting luggage up the stairs. Location is walkable to Louvre, Marais and Les Halles. Kitchen could have more glasses and more decor and a fresh coat of paint.
Otherwise, clean and sunny.
