Company managed

we booked this place in the car on the way to paris. VRBO wont allow same day booking, so did through company. They sent us an invoice for the extra day, however, in the same transaction, because of the extra day, we booked for 1 day too many. It was easy for the company to charge us extra, and impossible to refund for the extra day. The management company was also unavailable on the weekends. we prefer a host rather than a management company. There were quite a few maintenance issues: door knob on bedroom and bath, towel rack, shower valve leaks, remote batteries...just little stuff, but still a hassle.
